NH Schiphol Airport  

1) Shuttle service from/to the airport. 2) Cleaniness of the rooms and bathrooms. 3) Storage facility. 4) Extra cot for kids. 5) Early Check-in (if available at no extra cost) and late check-out (extra cost). 6) No airplane noise.

1) Noisy Air Condition - did not repair/could not sleep. 2) Noisy neighbours. 3) Unfriendly restaurant staff. 4) Empty Mini Fridge. 5) Extra cost for Wifi in the rooms. 6) Old small kettle. 7) Very little Tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachet.

I know NH Hotels very well and usually they are very comfortable and with very good service....service was on usuall high level as well the location is great if you travell from Schiphol.

The room was the one form 80s??? You should referbish those rooms if you want to keep your regular customers....Specialy bathroom is on the level of 2 star Hotel

It was clean, efficiently run and relaxing. The bar had a good athmosphere and the bar staff friendly. The food was excellent in the bar. There was an excellent shuttle service between the Hotel & Airport which left life easy.

The room I stayed in was very close to the foyer of the Hotel and the road even though it was quiet as it was well soundproofed there was an awareness of situ.

Location, very close to Schiphol. Modern hotel with efficient staff.

The location was good, the breakfast was awesome and the shuttle service to the airport in order to catch the train into town was perfect.

Staff needs to be more polite and helpful. It is a 3/4 start hotel but lacks the staff to represent that.

I liked free bus, and distanse between airport and hotel. Rooms are quite confortable, good meal in the restaurant.

Very bussy place with small number of hotel crew (front desk, restaurant) yo are waitng sometimes 20 min to checkout or 30 min to get food in the restaurat a la carte (more often there is buffee - this is quick).

Very inadequate shuttle service: too infrequent and too small bus to accommodate all the people waiting. Inadequate cleanhing: hairs on bathroom floor.

Good rooms, but not much for the price compared to others

They charged us for eur 5/pp for the shuttle bus service from hotel to the airport on the checkout date. The other way was free from the airport to the hotel. While the other hotels they provide the service free of charge and very frequent.

Nothing is free. 10 euro for wifi in the room, breakfast not included, 5 euro for the shuttle to the airport. This may be normal for this category of hotel - an airport hotel where no one would stay unless they had an early flight the next morning - but I found this surprising to encounter after 2 months of travel staying in hotels in which I was not subject to unexpected charges.
