Negatives: - The restaraunt is horrible, overpriced and very low choice. For the dinner i would suggest to cross the street to Best Western. Breakfast is good. - hotel soon will require refurbishment

Shuttle service to the airport Early Breakfast

Location close to airport what we needed to catch the early morning flight next day. Pick-up and drop service provided to catch the flight.

Didn't find the buffet breakfast service operating in the early morning (6:00 am) which was a bit unexpected.

The hotel was very dated and extremely filthy!! Without going into too much detail, the toilette in my room was a disgrace and the manager handled the situation appallingly. I wouldn't stay there again!!

Air conditioning in room was poor. Could not it cool enough and was noisy. Serious issue with hot water supply - in the shower every few minutes it would give a blast of incredibly hot water. Almost got scalded. Name n Le Gros. Date of stay 13 Feb 2012

The hotel needs renovation in the room I stayed in

Location, very close to Schiphol. Modern hotel with efficient staff.

The location was good, the breakfast was awesome and the shuttle service to the airport in order to catch the train into town was perfect.

I liked free bus, and distanse between airport and hotel. Rooms are quite confortable, good meal in the restaurant.

Very bussy place with small number of hotel crew (front desk, restaurant) yo are waitng sometimes 20 min to checkout or 30 min to get food in the restaurat a la carte (more often there is buffee - this is quick).

Hotel room was nice and clean.

The hallway smelt of sewage. It was not nice. It cost 5 Euros each time you went to the airport using their buses. They had a captive adience and they were ripping them off. It was unncessary. Either they offer it free to customers, or set a fixed fee. Alternatively give a clear direction to the nearest public transport facilities.

Near to the airport and train station

Location quite far from centre which cost us 50 euro by cap. If taking then its fine. Not quite a number of shops you can find it here. Others seems ok.

Nothing is free. 10 euro for wifi in the room, breakfast not included, 5 euro for the shuttle to the airport. This may be normal for this category of hotel - an airport hotel where no one would stay unless they had an early flight the next morning - but I found this surprising to encounter after 2 months of travel staying in hotels in which I was not subject to unexpected charges.

Close to highway network and the airport.

Usual WiFi cost in the room. Some staff were clearly having a bad couple of days. My room was very dated and in need of a refurb. "Acceptably" clean.
