from the tenth floor the view over Amaterdam is excellent double room with two beds that were on wheels could not be locked wich makes them drift away from each other. |

The quality of the room and location from city centre, which was only a cheap taxi ride away or about 20 minute walk. Also i found the staff to be very polite and helpfull. the price of the breakfast |

The hotel was close to the tram line and was easy to move about the city. There is shop's and bars close by that were handy. It is expensive for what you get but all the hotels in Amsterdam seem to be the same. They charge you 22e for a breakfast better off with the bakers across the road! |

The view, very comfortable bed I had to wait 20mins to check in, there should have been another person assist at the desk when it is busy.Bathroom & toilet too small. no fridge & no room service. |

The hotel was in a good location and had nice decor There were no non-smoking rooms left when we arrived even though we had booked a non-smoking room, the room was never fully cleaned by the maid and it was quite small, the breakfast and wifi were overpriced |

Free access to internet (Wifi and computer in the lobby with access to the internet), clear, nice and comfortable room with view to the park. The hotel is near a train rail and you can hear it. |

Nice big room, a little farther away from the city, but the tram stop was right in front. Very secure building too. The toilet wasn't designed to fill with much water so if you didn't flush right away, yikes!!! |

I enjoyed my stay in hotel. it was very clean, very good possiton, tram is on the exit of the hotel, so easy to access to the city. The view on the 12th floor was amazing!!!! |

modern, clean in the room and foyers, comfortable, excellent shower, great toiletry products, good location for my needs and good views. Wifi charge is too expensive for my liking, but not sure how it compares to other hotels in Europe. Cigarette butts and bottles outside bedroom window on balcony. |
