The reception are helpful and give us the city map for free. And there is luggage room for us to use after check out, very convenience to tram station. Next to the park, a lot mosiqutio. Stay in 1st floor must close the window without a choice, that is not a very good condition. Receptionist very hard sell to upgrade our room. |

Handy for centre of town, close to tramstop for 9 and 3, clean room, helpful staff There's no AC but the windows do open. The breakfast is expensive - 18 Euro! No free Wifi. Small bottles of water at 3 Euro. Blackout curtains ineffective. |

The room is quite comfotable. Most of the basic facilities are well equipped. There are not many choices in breadfast. |

An excelent view over the city, clean and cosy, good location (a little bit away from the city, I found this to be an advantage), staff was very friendly The internet connection was too expensive, giving the fact that nowadays we all need it, I think it should be included in the price of the room. |

It is in a good location Food and drink in hotel are very expensive. I also got stuck in the lift for an hour and they didn't offer to compensate me. Also the rooms are quite small. |

Reception open 24/7 and check in possible the whole night. Very handy late check out (5PM) on Sunday. Room was clean and well acustically isolated. Free internet in the hall. Friendly staff. The two beds were drifting apart. Couldn't listen to the radio (integrated in the TV). No mini-bar. One of the two magnetic keys we were given didn't work. Expensive breakfast. |

Decent location (short tram ride from city center). Parking available at Hotel. Breakfast was included with the booking I made. Room was quite small. Parking, while available, was expensive (20eur/day). Breakfast was okay, but i would not pay for it separately. It was not worth 20EUR extra. |

The transportation is 10 out of 10!! the tram no.9 and 14 stop right in front of the hotel....superb! the bed wheel couldnt be locked so it move all the time...oh and the heater switch was very hard to find like they intend to hide it from you so it was freezing for the first hours. |

Very comfortable rooms, well arranged, good beds and features. Nh Hotels make you feel pampered from the beginning. Perhaps the best hotel of the 4 hotels of our trip. Personnel not always present at the reception. The hallway of our floor became noisy at night due to other guests. A bit too far from city center, but tram in front of hotel saves it. |
