If you have to go to the Tropenmuseum it is a perfect hotel. Simpel, clean and nearby. |

Upon arrival at this hotel at 2pm - the lobby was full of leaves. All over reception, in the lifts and in general the downstairs of this hotel. I do understand that it is autumn but i do not expect to stay in a hotel of this kind where the leaves remained put until the following morning. This was not a good advert for a hotel and made me feel when i booked in that the hotel was dirty. |

Very nice service, both at the reception desk as well as in the restaurant Very noisy heating system to the point that I may prevent me from staying at the NH Tropen during the winter months |

Very helpful staff, nice room, with rather modern furniture. Location is a bit far from city center, but there is a tram station just across the street. Breakfast is expensive, but once again, there is a supermarket across the street. You can make tea in the bedroom. Bed covers were full of dust, so they were removed immediately. Rooms are very hot and have no A/C. Windows can be opened though. |

Excellent staff of the hotel - very helpful. Good map for free and you can rent a bike in the reception, which are indeed things necessary for visiting Amsterdam. Great double beds and pillows. I had a great time there. Balcony is not accesible, which is bad, because there is beautiful wiev (especially from higher levels). The doors in rooms have inadequate noise isolation from the corridor. The parking is small and expensive, also the Wi-Fi internet acess is far too expensive. |

I was served by qualified, flexible and friendly staff, no difficulties in registration or payment for the stay. I was informed with details in any questions I had about the city. |

The reception are helpful and give us the city map for free. And there is luggage room for us to use after check out, very convenience to tram station. Next to the park, a lot mosiqutio. Stay in 1st floor must close the window without a choice, that is not a very good condition. Receptionist very hard sell to upgrade our room. |

Handy for centre of town, close to tramstop for 9 and 3, clean room, helpful staff There's no AC but the windows do open. The breakfast is expensive - 18 Euro! No free Wifi. Small bottles of water at 3 Euro. Blackout curtains ineffective. |

An excelent view over the city, clean and cosy, good location (a little bit away from the city, I found this to be an advantage), staff was very friendly The internet connection was too expensive, giving the fact that nowadays we all need it, I think it should be included in the price of the room. |
