La disponibilità della receptionist all'arrivo la sera del 18-8-2008 che è stata cortesissima ed efficiente riuscendo a trovare una vera pizza napoletana alle 22,30 dopo la chiusura della cucina. Saluti ! Scarsa attenzione alla pulizia del bagno. Letti e materassi non confortevoli. |

The quality of the room and location from city centre, which was only a cheap taxi ride away or about 20 minute walk. Also i found the staff to be very polite and helpfull. the price of the breakfast |

The hotel was close to the tram line and was easy to move about the city. There is shop's and bars close by that were handy. It is expensive for what you get but all the hotels in Amsterdam seem to be the same. They charge you 22e for a breakfast better off with the bakers across the road! |

The view, very comfortable bed I had to wait 20mins to check in, there should have been another person assist at the desk when it is busy.Bathroom & toilet too small. no fridge & no room service. |
