Pretty quiet, nice view, very nice people, big room. Breakfast too expensive. I used a super (weekend) promotion but the price of the breakfast yielded a normal price at the end. |

The room was clean and quiet. Free wifi would be a great bonus! And/or breakfast included. |

This hotel is very close to the central station. 1. Its bathroom is a little worn. 2. Though a hotel clerk said we would not have to pay breakfast fees for our children, all of my family members were really charged for breakfast. |

The hotel location was good, and the cleanliness was also adequete. It was fine for a city hotel. The safe in the room was not working, but the duty manager was accomodating and allowed us to use their safe to put our valuables in, for safekeeping. |

The way in which my complaints were finally sorted out. I had to change rooms twice on the night of my arrival - 2 rooms were dirty and tatty and the TVs in each room did not work. Not what I'd expect from a 4* hotal at 165 euros/night. I have stayed there a few times recently and it definitely feels as though the hotel is being run 'on the cheap' with very few signs of on-going investment to maintain its standards. |

Service good but room was shabby. Wall paper had lots of scuff marks and the matress and chairs were very tattered. Luxury bed but way too soft. Strictly a commerical/group hotel that was disappointing in quality. |

It is very convenient for train travel, shopping and quite easy access into the city if driving a car. It has all the modern conveniences of a new hotel. Easy access for people with mobility issues. |

Friendly and very helpful staff. The view from the 15th floor. Nice comments on the elevator's door made me smile. The bath (not just shower).Small things in the room (and bathroom) which made me feel comfortable (mirror for the makeup, the book of bedroom stories...) Wireless Internet too expensive (should be free). |

Breakfast was really low quality compared to other 4 start hotels. The order of the tables were like in a refectory where we sat next to each other with the people that I do not know. Breakfast, far from being a 4 star hotel. |

The location was great - near the trains and the shopping area. The make up mirror was positioned over the toilet and not in the best place in the bathroom for lighting. |

two of the receptionists were professional A 4 star hotel with such high prices doesn't have the right of asking 20 euros a day for internet access, and 9 euros a day for buffet breakfast. We don't live in Dubai. |

The hotel is close to the city center. Within 10 minutes, you are at the heart of Utrecht. It offers spacious rooms, with excellent beds. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel restaurant is good. The NH didn't have information whatsoever about the city: no maps, not even the slightest tourist information. |
