Well located for stopover to other towns. Clean and functional. Staff in dining area were exceptionally thoughtful. Bathroom had moldin the tile grout.

the room is correct,but has not the level of a 4 stars hotel. I did'nt made the reservation myself, and I thought that the breakfast was included(19,50 euros per person)When we arrived at the hotel,I asked if it was included,the desk girl said me :yes.In reality,it was not true,and we have the penible obligation to pay 39 euros more. For this reason,I never recommend this hotel at anybody.

For the price the room was excellent! The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice and very helpful! I especially loved the ease and access to the train station. It was about a 5 minute walk. Will check to see if there are other NH hotels where I will be traveling to next! Would recomend this to others! There was quite a bit of construction near the hotel and made it a bit difficult to figure out how to drive to the entryway, as I am not from the area. I completely understand that the construction was not due to the hotel and will greatly help the city in the near future. Maybe adding some better driving directions on the website would help others before they make the trip. Can't wait to see the city when the construction is finished!!

Location.Free Wifi.Hotel room does not give the impression of being in a 4star hotel.There are much better hotels in Utrecht in same price and star category and less.. The construction all around.The furniture seems to be old and tacky.The armchair in our room(1415) was worn out at the edges of seat and armrests..The toilet was not adequately cleaned.The service personnel to clean arrived too early and not giving adequate time to be ready react to knocking on the door.Thus opening the door without waiting to see if the room was still occupied.

Best location, close to all facilities in Utrecht The room was small for 3 occupancies. Sofa bed is huge which takes all remaining space in the room. I guess is time for rooms renovation/face lifting, wall papers start coming loose....

Near center for jaarbuers Never emptied rubbish bins ,no safe,breakfast 20 euros much too expensive,only worth about 6 euros,no provision for unloading or loading car,next time we go somewhere else,poor tea and coffee provisions in room,fridge didnt work,pretty awful experience for 174 euros.
