Friendly and very helpful staff. The view from the 15th floor. Nice comments on the elevator's door made me smile. The bath (not just shower).Small things in the room (and bathroom) which made me feel comfortable (mirror for the makeup, the book of bedroom stories...) Wireless Internet too expensive (should be free). |

Breakfast was really low quality compared to other 4 start hotels. The order of the tables were like in a refectory where we sat next to each other with the people that I do not know. Breakfast, far from being a 4 star hotel. |

The location was great - near the trains and the shopping area. The make up mirror was positioned over the toilet and not in the best place in the bathroom for lighting. |

two of the receptionists were professional A 4 star hotel with such high prices doesn't have the right of asking 20 euros a day for internet access, and 9 euros a day for buffet breakfast. We don't live in Dubai. |

The hotel is close to the city center. Within 10 minutes, you are at the heart of Utrecht. It offers spacious rooms, with excellent beds. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel restaurant is good. The NH didn't have information whatsoever about the city: no maps, not even the slightest tourist information. |

Location: It's near the city centre, central station and near the convention centre. Parking is very expensive. Internet access is expensive. The hotel does have a complimentary 15 minutes internet access. |

Generally a fine modern hotel with little to count against it. Everything as you would expect of a high quality business hotel. Clean efficient friendly. Make sure you get breakfast included in your room rate as 18 Euros for the buffet is expensive. |

Ample room size, good location near train station and the Jaarbeurs convention center. Heating was turned on to the maximum on arrival, almost fainted when I stepped into the room. Noisy airco (perhaps the parking underneath) humming all the time, both day and night. Shower head was at chest height for me, and could not be adjusted. Odd in a country of tall people. |

Helpful, friendly staff and convenient location (close to the exhibition centre where we were doing a show and the train station). They had a pillow menu but when asked didn't have any of our choices available. The breakfast was very expensive (both continental and cooked) with little choice. |

Totaly overpriced for what you receive. Rooms are in need of some refurbishments and beds should be replaced as very uncomfortable. Staff not very friendly or helpful |

Friendly helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel but only at more reasonable rates. Overpriced. Cold room (but the staff gave me an extra blanket), toiletries were omitted from room and I had to call reception to get some. |
