The bed wasn't the best. And the bathroom was not very clean. The hotel was a bit old and you could hear the other rooms very well, because of the noisiness.

They liked my dog and they gave me plenty of privacy.

The NH Zandvoort Hotel is a very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel and very convienient for travelling into Zandvoort town and the railway station, and all the amenities of the bars, restaurants and shops. It is positioned overlooking the North Sea, and just accross the road is the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpfull nothing is to much trouble for them, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable including tv and phone, and in our experience you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

The Hotel and staff are brilliant, there wasn't anything we didn't like about the NH Zandvoort Hotel. We will deffinatley be staying there again possibly at Christmas.

Disappointed with the view. I paid for a sea view but didn't expect it to be across h car park and to be restricted. It was also a really long walk into the town. The restaurant was really expensive

Nice location. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful multi- lingual staff. Right around the corner from the train station and across the street from the beach.

The meal prices are outrageous. This hotel is across the street from the beach rather than on it. This hotel while friendly is more oriented for business travel rather than a family vacation.

Close proximity to the motor racing circuit + safe, secure parking and the bar was great.

Room described as 'deluxe sea-view' was not at all an accurate description of the room we were allocated - it was an extremely sparse, bathroom adequate but toiletries provided and certainly not at all deluxe. Window hardly opened and the entire Hotel was extremely hot too. Mini bar contained just 1 bottle of water which we suspect had been left by a previous guest as it had been opened.

We needed to stay an extra night, Booking.Com could not accommodate a phone call to the hotel and they were exceptionall helpful with an extra night in the same room and at a better deal and including breakfast unlike the offer from Booking.Com.

Comfortable and great location.

I booked the room that was disabled friendly in January but when I got there there was a problem with it so was put in a normal room with a small bathroom ( no wet room, like was booked!) so was difficult to manage, luckily my stay was short. Expensive breakfast.

It is with pleasure that I review this Hotel. The hotel is located right across from the beach (the non busy end) and right across the street from the race track. Their were currently no races the weekend that we were staying so am not sure if there would be a noise problem if races were in session. The staff was friendly and very helpful with answering questions and offering assistance. The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I have had in any hotels in Holland. You have a large variety of choices and also have the choice to have eggs made especially for you. (omelets, scrambled, fried etc. ) Everything was warm and nicely presented. Our room was on the parking side of the hotel and so was a bit noisy in the morning with delivery trucks etc. It was also noisy at other times due to people coming and going. The room had many nice amenities including hair dryer, mini fridge, and safe all included in the price of the room. The only drawback was the shower as the water pressure was not that forceful and the water would go warm/cold, cold/warm. The hotel is located a good distance from town so if you were to go out for the evening it would be probably preferable by car. Parking is around 2.20 Euro per hour and it is until 20:00

Good location, friendly staff for a reasonable price.

There was a little smell coming from the toilet, which attracted a few flies into the room every day.

It took around 30 minutes for us to check in.EVerybody working there was very slow. In the reception they said the breakfast was until 11, in the folder until 10. When we came home at night and wanted to eat the night receptionist said there were no food. In the folder in the room it said they had room service all night long. The room felt old and empty and it smelled cigarettes. The TV was small and very old fashioned. Breakfast buffet was the only good thing with our stay but therefor we had to pay extra. The loctacion near to the beach was good, but Zandvoort was boring with no good shopping and nothing to do except casinos.

Appalling service, nowhere near enough staff. Hotel was full, yet only the beach bar was open with one member of staff. Food in the restaurant was good when it arrived, but service was incredibly slow.

Bathroom very small, shower in the bath & a toilet that was unsecured to the floor.

Really nice staff, courteous and welcoming.

Main bar was closed, only the beach bar was open...and it was raining heavily outside. The car parking is a seperate charge and is a simply outrageous rip off at 12.5 euros per day. Stale croissants for breakfast...this is also charged seperately and is overpriced for what is on offer. Check in takes an age and the whole hotel is a bit tatty and needs some attention. This was my second stay here, and next time I will look elsewhere. All in all, it's really overpriced and not good value at all.

Excellent hotel. Very good service and friendly staff. Good size room with good (quiet) air-conditioning. Good value for money except for the extra charges for parking € 12,50 and breakfast € 17,50. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A friendly efficient service, knowledgable helpful staff. Gluten free options at breakfast.

Guest smoking just outside the main door under the canopy. Smoking should only be permitted to the side of the main steps to ensure greater comfort for all non smoking guests.

The hotel was clean and tidy although the furniture was a little dated. The staff were friendly and approachable. The location of the hotel was ideal for the beach and the local town. All in all it was decent value for money.
