La qualité de cuisine et service pour le dîner dans votre restaurant n'était pas mal. Dans le couloir le plateau room service restait 24 hrs. Dans la salle de bains, l'eau qui a mouillé la table coulait sur le sol. Pendant dîner, nous avons été dérangés par d'autres clients qui parlaient très fort. Pendant petit-déjeuner, aussi été dérangés par le bruit des vaisselles que des personnels débarrasaiet et des personnels eux-mêmes qui parlaiet très fort entre eux. |

I had a room with sea view (booked as Deluxe room seaview) and it was nice to sleep with the window open and hear only the sea...the entire night! The parking was ok and also the breakfast was good so overall is good hotel in a good location! |

Very comfortable (recently refurbished) rooms Night guard did not attend the frontdoor for 25 minutes while I was waiting in the rain. Breakfast buffet was a mess and did not taste that well. |

The breakfast was very poor, e.g. cold scrambled eggs, cereal bowls to small, only warm water for tea/coffee and dining room comfort poor (not enough room for the number of guests) |

We were told hotel was full and being renovated when we arrived but that should not affect standards of service. Car park charge 11 euros excessive. Very disappointed |

it is the nicest hotel in zandvoort - so our only choice to be honest room was old, small and the minibar empty - which gives the idea of the sort of people they expect staying at the hotel. |
