Free parking beneath the building

There was no AC nor fan on the room. The window did only open about 10 cm. And the room was way too hot to sleep in... And this in the month of May! What if I stayed in mid summer??? Bathroom is rather outdated, as some of the equipment in the room. Long time ago I saw such a small old-fashioned TV. I was told that the router for free WIFI on the rooms was defect... Strange since the paid WIFI (Swisscom) seemed to work fine! A colleague, who stayed in this hotel two days before got the same story. Hence 2/3 days later, the WIFI still didn't work? Last but not least, for 19 euro on top of the room rate, one would expect a more than decent breakfast, not the kind this hotel serves in the morning. I stayed in much better hotels from the NH Hoteles group! Maybe NH should consider to sell this one to a 1 to 2 stars chain of hotels (formule1?)

Great value for your money - amazing buffet breakfast where they will make you fresh eggs and pancakes.

Helpful staff, clean, comfortable & modern hotel, short taxi ride away from Borderij if you are there for gig, like I was, & opposite Zoetermeer train station for quick hop to Schipol in morning. Recommended!!

Overall was satisfactory, met my needs, despite adverse comments below. Housekeeping staff good, and pleasant. Good for public transport (train / tram) to Den Haag. Also fine for De Boerderij (my reason for travel).

Dealing with reception tended to be a chaotic experience. Breakfast very expensive at €19 for a rather average buffet (mainly cold, as you would expect). No restaurants close by.

Staff was very professional, and efficient. The place is well situated, not so far from Den Haag (by train or car). And only 2.9 km from De Boerderij, the mythic concert hall.

Neútulnost, velikot hotelu je na škodu atmosféře. I při ceně 60 E za noc, by v ceně pokoje mohla být snídaně.

De kamers waren netjes en het ontbijt was prima in orde.

NH Hotels gekozen om de naam en locatie. Helaas is deze vestiging onderhevig aan een vorm van verloedering. Het hotel is heel erg gehorig. Rommelige lobby, kapotte TV pas na 2 dagen en 3 verzoeken vervangen, geen wisselgeld aan de (ongezellige) bar, bar vaak vies met legen glazen en chips zakken. Weinig spontaan personeel. Waarom ontbijt niet inclusief in een kamerprijs van 100 euro per nacht ??? Manager !!! hou de zaak en personeel scherp ! 2x de "sleutel" van de kamer moeten laten resetten bij de balie. 15,00 euro per dag aan parkeergeld voor de garage.
