Excellent location for beach and shopping centre. The owners are very nice and friendly, and the room was clean and well furnished. Towels and rubbish bags were changed every second day. Surely, I would recommend this nice place. Narrow steep stairs, but this is common in dutch houses.

The location is excellent, just off the beach and the shopping centre.Close to restaurants etc. The owners are friendly and helpfull.If we end up back in this area we will definenatly stay there again.

The location of the apartments is very practical; very close to the beach, restaurants and the supermarkets. Even so, it is quiet at night. The kitchen includes all the necessary equipments for cooking some simple meals. The pillows were too big and high but that's of course a personal preference.

Perfect place for trips to South and North Holland. We appreciated the kitchen with cooker and fridge. Internet is free, which is another good thing. The apartment is near to sea. Few meters away there is a wonderful ice cream shop with large portions of ice cream, cheese shop or supermarket. The owner is very kind and communicative. There is no free parking space. But fortunately the parking is paid only between 10 and 19 o'clock (21 in thursday), which is fine if you travel every day and come back in late hours. The maximum time of stay is 90 minutes. Be careful to pay every minute you stay there, we left there our car for 20 minutes without payment and had to pay 53 EUR fine to police.

I had a sea view. Room was clean, all the basics available, it was a studio appartment for 2, which I would have found small. Staff member was helpful and friendly, checking in and out was made very easy. Towels were changed frequently and rubbish bags changed. The stairs were quite steep and some rooms appear to have extra steps just outside their door, I saw an elderly couple struggling with that. It would have been helpful to know that linen, towels etc were available, this is not always the case in self catering and would have reduced the luggage.

Very good staff, beautiful location, much shops, cafe, restaurants around.Wonderful ord Sea is a two minutes walk. In the appartment all nesseseary to the cooking, TV, only-no soap. On the square with old church is a fish shop-cafe (from 11 a.m to 19 p.m). we bought there some kinds of the fresh fish and shrimps.200m from hotel on this street is a supermarket, near is VVV - information kiosk. very steep stairs no soap and hair drier

La proximité immédiate de la mer (50 mètres), des commerces et le charme d'une petite station balnéaire avec une echappé mer depuis la chambre. Un bon rapport qualité / prix L'accès escalier assez raide, une literie assez rustique et une insonorisation perfectible.

Super nette Inhaber! Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand und Ort, alles sauber und Preis/Leistung war gut! Kann man gut empfehlen für Leute die es gern ordentlich haben aber nicht den Luxus brauchen.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist gut, ebenso das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Sowohl die Zimmer (2 Appartements je für 2 Personen) und vor allem die Bäder sind relativ klein, ein paar zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeiten wären gut; für einen Kurzurlaub ist das kein Problem.

Sicuramente la posizione veramente a 20 metri dalla spiaggia ma che purtroppo per la nostra famiglia [siamo amanti del mare] non era proprio il periodo più indicato per frequentare la spiaggia . Ciò non toglie il merito di un luogo tranquillo e con tutti I servizi nelle vicinanze[negozi ristoranti mezzi pubblici ecc...] Pulizia appartamento impeccabile.

die Lage ist wirklich toll, am Anfang einer Fussgängerzone,nur durch eine Strandstrasse vom Strand und Meer entfernt.Freundlicher Vermieter.Sauber. sehr kleines Appartement,sehr steile,schmale Treppen.Für Gehbehinderte oder ältere Menschen nur bedingt geeignet

Uitstekende ligging. Je liep zo het strand op of het winkecentrum in. De kamer was groot genoeg voor 4 personen. We hebben een heel leuke tijd gehad in en om het gemoedelijke Katwijk aan Zee. We zaten op de bovenste verdieping en hier had je niet zo'n mooi uitzicht door de dakkapellen en lage ramen.
