It's intimate and very good quality for what you pay for. Perfectly located and the staff are more than willing to help. I would have loved a fan in the room. Even a small one as it was very hot. |

We enjoyed the fact that the staff was polite and willing to help us. Also our room was quite big so we felt comfortable and it was really close to the centre of amsterdam. We didn't like the fact that they didn't clean our room as often as we wanted. |

I liked the Breakfast, the location and the free internet. The shower drained too slow. There was also a lot of street noise coming through the windows but I am a good sleeper and was not affected. |

Hotel is in great location. 10-15 min walk from station, 5 mins from Dam Square. We got a great room on 4th floor for three with spiral stairs up to third bed which was great for my daughter and gave us more space rather than usual family room with beds crammed in. It was warm the weekend we were there so had the windows open but there was also a fan. It was a noisy with trams etc but as we expected given the location we had chosen. Clean room with modern furniture. The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean and clean towels each day. Helpful staff (even when we couldn't get into the locked safe!) and good continental breakfast. Nice touches eg free internet, fridge in room, kept luggage after we checked out. Would use again. |

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the service on the front desk was very good most of the time. The room on the ground floor did not have an outside window so we did not feel able to leave the inside window open at night. This made the room quite stuffy. It was also rather too small for a twin. |

The hotel is central to city attractions. Not family friendly by design. Elevator not practical at all. We had to carry our luggage up narrow stairs. Alternative storage facility option not safe since there guest could not lock up their belongings. |

very efficient receptionist. Pleasant friendly hotel, free wifi and apple macs for guests use. Basic accomodation but good value and great location. Breakfast very poor, things ran out and were not replaced, no hot breakfast left by 9 am. Rooms very basic. Not really 3 star accomodation. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was big and bright with large breezy windows. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very central, one block from the Dam, Spui, the shopping street, Easy access to trams, a few minutes cycle to everything. Bike racks just outside for rented bikes. I highly recommend this hotel. The street has trams running late and early - leaving the window open at night was too noisy. |

The hotel was in a great location a block from Dam Square and close to shopping and trams. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Free wireless is always a plus. The breakfast was also quite good with a good variety of foods. The only negative was that the hotel was pretty worn once you were off the main floor. |

This hotel was very nice. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Free internet. Great location. If I had to say anything, it would be the small elevator. But seriously a great place...I Would stay there again for sure!! |
