We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was in a good location central to every thing. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. The breakfast was also quite good. |

Very convenient location - within walking distance of shops, sights and restaurants. Reasonable breakfast. I do not consider this a 3 star hotel. The location is good but noisy due to trams. The reception area was small and the breakfast room like a windowless canteen (although the food was quite good). This is obviously a historic building but inside all signs of this have been obliterated and the inside is rather tacky and garish. Our room was a good size, although it had a rather ramshackle spiral staircase in the middle. The bed was two single ones pushed up against the wall, hence no bedside table or lamp on one side. The tv remote controlhad no back or batteries, and, despite us leaving it out for repair, it was merely replaced in the same state in the holder. The shower room - broken tiles, dirty grout, no plug, cockroach! No apology. |

The location of the hotel was central to the city and many of the city attractions. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Cleanliness was good. We stayed in a room located at the front of the hotel which resulted in considerable outside noise at night as this hotel did not have AC necessitating the opening of the windows. The bathroom was very small which appears to be the norm for Europe. |

The location, and availability of breakfast, and the helpful staff. Steep stairs might be a problem. |

That is was easy to recognise from the outside, on a main street near Dam square. Was a 3* as described and met it's description. Room was quite big. Breakfast was god. Could leave luggage during the day after checking out and then collect later on. People said that the trams outside would be loud - they were quite loud but this did not really disturb my sleep. |

The location and staff's polite and helpful behaviour. I checked in at 1300hrs and was told that I was early. Therefore I decided to keep my baggage in the storage and left for a walk. I returned around 1600hrs and was provided the key.I went to the room and found out that it had not been made . The previous guest had left it all messy and even the bed was all crumpled. I felt disgusted at the sight and wassurprised that I was not allowed to check in cause I was early and even after three hours - Nova couldn't prepare a room for me. But again- the staff's behaviour was nice and they apologised and all. The window was too heavy for me to pull up. There was no string that could be used to open it. The door knob for the rest room was problematic. It was heavy unrotatable steel. I almost got locked |

The location was perfect for seeing Amsterdam. Pascal and his staff were extremely helpful and informative. The room (a triple) was quiet and spacious. We would recommend the hotel and would return. The bathroom was not well ventilated. Some days (we stayed a week) the room was not well cleaned. The taxi from Central Station (a short ride) cost 15 euros, and we learned to take the trams! |

it was our 2nd stay in this nice hotel in the center of Amsterdam close to all tourist and shopping places, good continental breakfast, rooms are nice and big, internet for free, tv with lots of channels maybe the bathroom would need little "make-up" but still, it was nice |

In the center of town - close to everything. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and competitive prices. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Difficult to connect to wi-fi from room. But it was a minor inconvenience. I e noted my stay at Nova Hotel in Amsterdam. |

the rooms where very clean and tidy, the hotel staff where very helpful, and they'd thought through guests needs, (i.e. the baggage room to store belonings after checkout, but before your flight) the beds, we had requested a double bed, what we got was two single beds pushed together, with 2 single duvea covers, and the beds had a slight tendenance to get pushed a part, i don't know if this is true of all the rooms, i think some of them where double beds, i think they had just run out of doubles!! |

Nice room with a lot of space (in comparison with other hotles in Amsterdam) and all the comforts for its category. The room was at the last floor and it was sooo hot, even with all the windows open. |

Location. I had requested a quite room and was given a room facing the street with Trams lines I found the hotel expensive for the quality and service provided. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better quality and service for similar central locations in various big cities in Europe. |

Conveniently located for the RAI Convention Centre and the WTC, the Novotel Amsterdam City is a 4-star hotel offering easy access to central Amsterdam, as well as Schiphol Airport. |
The Rho Hotel is quietly located just off Damsquare in the very heart of Amsterdam. This 3-star hotel offers you good value for money and comfortable rooms all with private facilities. |
Hotel Estheréa is ideally located on one of the most beautiful and quiet canals in the centre of the city. |
Occupying an impressive Art Deco building that overlooks the Singel canal, this hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of Amsterdam, 2 minutes' walk from Dam Square. |
