Desk staff were very helpful.

Hotel is very, very noisy both from outside noise on street side rooms but also strongly between the floors and walls of the hotel rooms.

Optional luggage room was helpful; The fact that the main door cannot be opened from outside but only by the clerk adds to sense of security; Central location; Staff speaks perfect English.

Breakfast was at most average, continental-style. Not "extensive" as published on the hotel's own website (for example, only one type of cheese, and it had the appearance of having left in the open for too long - you'd expect some better Dutch cheese...).

Good location, friendly staff. We requested an additional bed at the last minute, which was no problem. Breakfast until 10:30, which gives you a chance to sleep in still get a meal in the morning
