Desk staff were very helpful. Hotel is very, very noisy both from outside noise on street side rooms but also strongly between the floors and walls of the hotel rooms. |

Optional luggage room was helpful; The fact that the main door cannot be opened from outside but only by the clerk adds to sense of security; Central location; Staff speaks perfect English. Breakfast was at most average, continental-style. Not "extensive" as published on the hotel's own website (for example, only one type of cheese, and it had the appearance of having left in the open for too long - you'd expect some better Dutch cheese...). |

Quite central, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the modernisation of it. It can get quite busy at breakfast time which results in not sufficient tables or cutlery being available. |

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good location - you soon get used to the trams! Breakfast was quite impressive. Although they tell you about the airport shuttle, the didn't tell me I had to book it 2 hours before so I ended up rushing on tram and train at the last minute. They could update the info in the room folder. |

Good location, friendly staff. We requested an additional bed at the last minute, which was no problem. Breakfast until 10:30, which gives you a chance to sleep in still get a meal in the morning |

I liked very much the size of my room and bathroom! And of course very convinient location, not far from Central station, from Dam square and from shoping district. Strongly recommend) Really nothing |

Location and the room was a good size. can be nioisy at the front of hotel. Not up to the 4 star ratuing given. no tea and coffee making facility. The last day of our holiday breckfast way poor little sellection I assume due to shortage of staff |

the service off the staff was very good, the room was very comfort There was a problem with the parking (hard to find and very expensive). It was better if the hotel have an arrangement for the hotel's guests of discounted parking. |

Got a good € 75 B&B deal at this hotel which is clean and central. Room was larger than I had expected and with double bed. Street-side made it vulnerable to traffic noise but not a great problem. Ideal for what I needed (one overnight) but would also stay for a few days provided I was not looking for anything more than a comfortable place to sleep and breakfast. |
