The 10 luxurious executive apartments are located in an attractive 19th century building in an upmarket, residential district of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the Museumplein.
These apartments are ideal for business people or visitors to Amsterdam who need to stay in Amsterdam for a longer period of time.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and the building has an elevator to reach the higher levels.
Guests may use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. For safety and security purposes, the building has a CCTV system in all corridors as well as a fire detection system.
The reception of the Nova Hotel is available for questions or information by telephone on a 24 hours basis.

Room information

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, a combined oven and microwave, an electric hotplate with a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker and an electric kettle. The kitchens are fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and glassware.

Travel information

by train
from Central Station, take tram no 5,16 or 24. Get off at Concertgebouw/Museumplein. Walk along Van Baerlestraat, leaving Concertgebouw behind you on your right. The second street on the right is Nicolaas Maesstraat. The apartments are at no.72

by car
On the Ring A10, take the exit for OUD ZUID (no 108). Follow the signs four OUD ZUID. Drive along the Amstelveenseweg. At the first roundabout, take the second exit off. This is the Cornelis Krusemanstraat, which turns into De Lairessestraat. Follow this road all the way to Museumplein. From there, make a right turn and take the 2nd street to your right (Nicolaas Maesstraat). You will find no.72 on your right after 100 metres. Parking is available in the underground car park at Museumplein.

Important information

Check-in starts at 2 p.m.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.

The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.
