The Entry key on the Check In day was left on the arrival, but it did not work, I had to stand waiting in cold for 45 minutes, after 4 calls somebody arrived and helped, at a cost of 10-GBP |

Very clean, easy to excess every facilities. Awesome! Near Hotel, there are instruction works. Therefore, taxi did not coming in front of apartment. |

Trust to the guests from hotel's site and maximum confidenciality. 2nd day was not garbege taken away and we would appreciate the manual for usign the lectrical equipment of the apartment. |

Quiet. Elevator was great. Nice to have a washing machine downstairs. Wireless internet worked great. Pack and play was nice for the baby. Location near museums was good and nearby several trolley lines. Good shower. No soap was provided for washing dishes by hand. No hair dryer was available. Washing machine was nice, but there was no way to get detergent for a single load and no dryer. The refrigerator buzzed whenever it was opened and there is no door between living/dining/kitchen room and bedroom so it wakes everyone up. |

This was the best hotel we had ever stayed in,it was like a dream.Excellent value for money,excellent cleanliness,great staff.Overall Fabulous experience.We wont stay anywhere else in Amsterdam!!! Everything was perfect. |

Being an apartment situation, we never did meet the staff so can't comment; however, they were certainly accessible by the room phone. We can not say enough good things about our studio apt. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette well supplied, the bathroom beautiful. It was perfect - the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch! In some respects it is a bit far away, but trams are closeby, and the apt is just a 10-minute walk to the Museumplein. |

The street was calm and residential; Close to the museums. the appartement was fully furnished very well decorated and clean (even though the sheets were a bit dusty, but still everything else was very clean). the bathroom (especially the shower) was really nice plus unlike all other hotels in amsterdam there was an elevator and it was spacy, the internet was working in the room and there was two plasma TVs in with cable! the fact that we had to go and pay at the hotel near dam square and not in the appartements (we paid in cash, for those who are paying by credit card this is not an issue). |
