Novotel Amsterdam City

Το προσωπικό ηταν πάρα πολυ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.Αψογη οργάνωση στα πάντα.Ακομα και την ώρα του πρωινού που υπήρχε πολύς κόσμος μας τακτοποιούσαν χωρίς καθυστερήσεις.Το τραμ και ο σταθμος τρενων ηταν διπλα στο ξενοδοχειο.Δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε καθόλου να το βρούμε.Οι μετακινήσεις μας προς το κέντρο ήταν πολύ εύκολες.Τα δωμάτια άνετα.Ο πρωινός μπουφές είχε πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία.Παρολο που το ξενοδοχειο εχει ανακαινηση σε πολλους χωρους αυτο δεν μας δυσκόλεψε καθολου ουτε μας ενόχλησε.

Το μόνο που θέλει διόρθωση είναι οι γεύσεις των φαγητών.Ενω ο μπουφές του πρωινου ηταν τεράστιος,οτι και αν δοκιμάσαμε δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ικανοποιητικό.Λίγο άνοστα θα τα χαρακτήριζα.Αλλα αυτο εγκειται στο γούστο του καθενος.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Πρόθυμοι να απαντήσουν σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση.

Κουζίνα

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, το πρωινό, η θέα από το δωμάτιο, η άνεση του δωματίου και του μπάνιου, η ασφάλεια που παρείχε το ξενοδοχείο, καθώς υπήρχε έλεγχος των εισερχομένων σε αυτό.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού θα έπρεπε οι υπάλληλοι να είναι λίγο πιο διακριτικοί και να μην βρίσκονται διαρκώς γύρω από τα τραπέζια, περιμένοντας πότε θα μαζέψουν τα πιάτα.

Staff were really helpful, especially the restaurant. Customer service was at its best especially the attitude towards a family with small kids!!!

For a tourist the services provided by the hotel needs to improve. If the staff could a brief overview about the city, the closest public transport from the hotel, places to see around the location and so on. This kind of a service at the time of Check-In along with some brochures can make this place a best tourist hotel destination.

The discount price (because of the ongoing construction) made it very worth to go. The center of the city is easily accessible by public transport (only a few stops). Thank you!

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The location of the hotel was about 20 min. away by tram from the city centre but it was very close to local transport links (the tram no.4 and metro station were just 2-3 min. away).

The breakfast was great. Transport to and from city centre and airport was easy.

On the day we left and after we gave our key we came back to collect our bags around 3.30 PM. we asked for a secluded small space (any space) to pray for 10 minutes. We were denied this.

The hotel was clean , quiet and had good facilities and was great value for money . The breakfast was sensational value

It was too far away from the city centre/cafes and resturants for me and the dinner menu was very limited

Good location. Breakfast offered in the room at no extra charge. Friendly room service staff.

Maintenance/renovation work at the hotel means noisy building work during weekdays but fine at weekends.

Check in and out were easy. Staff were helpful. Although out of the city centre the tram and railway stations were only a short walk away.

Bar/Resterant were not very appealing. It was like a function room with tables no real atmosphere. Food was good and staff were friendly.

The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were well priced and comfortable.

The location was a bit far from the tourist sites. However, the tram station was conveniently close by.
