Very nice newly renovated hotel. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast! The location (by Amsterdam RAI) is perfect both for business and pleasure - 10 minutes by train from the airport and 15 minutes by tram to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! |

The hotel is under renovation construction. Will be ready in a few months. But they do it at night or you don't notice it at all. |

Breakfast was served quick and was of good quality. Although the hotel was fully booked I had to wait extreme long time to get me an elevator to go down. Stairs were blokked with key-door which was impossible to open with my room-key. Felt quite unsecure when I realized what could happen in case of a fire ..... |

Nothing, very poor canteen style food. Indifferent service. Most akin to a 2 star hotel! Refurbishment programme means that the hotel has a split personality. Modern meets Beirut. See above.Very overpriced, bearing in mind the poor service / food. The hotel is cooking out of a temporary kitchen and it really shows. Probably the worst food I have eaten in a 4 star hotel. |

This was the second time that I stayed for one night only, so I can not say much about the hotel. But I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the easy internet access, the late-night eating / room service possibilities: what is needed when in A'dam for business / work purposes. The price is high but corresponds more or less to what the hotel has to offer. |

The staff were very courteous, helpful, charming and friendly. The proximity to public transport was very good. The room was very peaceful at night aiding a good night's sleep. Disappointed to have to eat in a temporary 'conference' space which was soulless and cheerless, although the staff were wonderful. Many facilities such as restaurants, spa and fitness were still being built. This was not mentioned to us upon booking and I think some kind of conciliatory gesture could have been made - an offer of a free night when it is all finished, for example. |

Great location - 20 minute tram ride to the city center (RAI to Centraal), very good buffet breakfast and helpful/friendly staff. Rooms were a bit on the small side. |

We had chosen the hotel purely out of the location for the purpose of our visit. The hotel provided us with what we needed, but nothing more. The check in was swift and the staff was professional. The lobby was good with seating areas and computers were made available for free. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded if you were having your breakfast after 8.30. The cleanliness could have been much better. Both in the hallways and in the room it was rather filthy. The room carpet had probably not seen at vacuum cleaner for a long time, well apart from the first meter inside the door. The bathroom was extremely cold and there was not heating possibility in the bathroom at all! |

I found the staff to be excellent. There were four Macs in the lobby to provide internet access outside the room, this was a "bonus" feature that cam in very handy! |

Your room is very clean and lovely. The breakfast is nice with quite a variety of choices. It will be better that you could include more international food in future. I was a bit disappointed to find that your staff are not very friendly or helpful. At your front desk, I have requested 2 extra pillows because your pillows are too flat for me. Your staff has given me an unbelivable face. When your staff delivered pillows to my room, he still reminded me that I have actually an extra pillow in my room already... I suggest that you should train your staff to be more customer service oriented in future. |

Efficient service and a good functionality that makes it adequate for a swift business trip. There were works going on, decoration was poor, mainly in the room areas, the healthclub was still closed and quality of materials was proper of a 2 star hotel. |

Staff are very polite and attentive. It seems the restaurant is quite new and I feel I was eating in a warehouse or something like that...we could not find any other restaurants or bars around there either. |
