I like the cleanliness, cosyness & quietness of the room. I hated the flooring while I was having my breakfast during my stay everyday. Whenever someone walked by, due to the unbalanced & emptyness of the floor, my breakfast "shake"!! But, I understood that the hotel is having renovation! |

This hotel is big enough, it is quite like some big cities hotel. It is close to train station. It is a bit far away from the city centre, only one tram can reach there, and they are under reconstructing so the lobby isn't looking good. They didn't change the towels for you everyday. |

It is very close to train station, down town is 20 minutes away. Easy access to the hotel from the airport. Rooms are OK and clean. Excellent breakfast. Perfect for vacation. Down town is on biking distance (25 minutes) with nice biking road. On Saturday morning the breakfast hall was crowded. Other days it was simply perfect. |

I stayed in room no. 1132. There was a tag called 'Help us conserve water resources'. But when I was trying to swap the water from hot to cold it took me couple of minutes to get it which does not comply to conserving the water resource. These was a real real waste of water.... Please focus on this issue and try to make it faster process to swap water.... |

Nothing directly linked to the hotel. Just the location near the RAI Exhibition center. The fact that this hotel was in "refurbishing" & nothing was indicated on your site when I made my reservation; No normal services were available. Then the price was absolutly not justified. |

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. There is a really regular tram 2 minutes walk from the hotel that takes you right into the centre of Amsterdam in about12minutes. The breakfast was terrific. I had booked 2 rooms, one for 3 people and one for 2. I disliked the fact that the room for 3 was the exact same size as the room for 2. This would have been fine if the price had been the same too with perhaps a supplement of 40 euro or so. However the price for 3 worked out dearer per person than the price for the people in the room for 2. |
