very friedful and helpfull staff, room is clean. Amstelpark is 2 minutes walking, - good place to walk with children.

too far from center of Amsterdam, by tram around 30-40 minutes!

The room was not clean at all. A cup full of coffee on the table and bin full of papers when we checked-in. I mentionned this one to staff but nothing happenned.

Lived up to our expectations of a reputable international hotel chain. Enjoyed the sauna and other hotel facilities. The only drawback is the distance to the city centre where most of the tourist activities will be. There is tram service no. 4 that goes straight into city centre but the journey can take as long as 30 mins sometimes. But the room rate is reasonable considering what we have to pay for a city centre hotel.

Access from High Way is really convenience(From RAI). Breakfast was nice and staff is friendly.

The location is convenient, and the breakfast is great. We've stayed before, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced modern hotel in Amsterdam. It's really well connected with Schiphol Airport - just 8 minutes by train to RAI Station. Plus getting into central Amsterdam is easy with the tram.

The rooms aren't massive, but that's not a big problem.

The staff went out of their way todo a great job.

A room for three was so small we needed to take turns opening each suitcase. There wasn't place to sit anywhere but, in bed while in the room and almost no room around the bed to walk. The bathroom is fine for up to two persons but, not three.

The rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The bar at the lobby serves the tastiest chicken bites ever!!

The location is a tad too far from the city centre. About 35mins tram ride.

I enjoyed the whole set up of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant willing to assit and courteous at all times. The appearance of the hotel was excellent, very clean and fresh.

Nice place in terms of cleanliness, location, accessibility

At check-in, we were greeted by the staff and they gave my son (3 yr old) a gift to play with it (a dinosaur puzzle). We asked for extra sheets for the sofa bed at check-in and they brought it up right away. The room has a small mini bar that you can use to store your drinks. We loved the restaurant but you definitely want to get a package that includes breakfast because it can be pricey. Lots of food variety for breakfast: omelet station, fruits, yogurts, cereals, gourmet coffee machines. Dinner had a small menu but the food was fantastic as well. We were surprised to find out that parking in front of hotel was free on the weekends instead of paying 22 euro. The hotel is the perfect location right outside the busy areas of amsterdam city where it is difficult to drive. Located next to a tram station that takes you the central part of amsterdam which is about 12 minutes away. The ticket was 7.50 euro for 24 hours and small children are free.

The beds were a bit too hard. We had the double bed room and it was small. Once you lift out the sofa bed, there is not too much room to get around. That was the only complaint.

The hotel staff is very polit and helpful , breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for us.

I booked a triple room! And was given a double room! Unsatisfied with that totally!

I wish I could stay longer was indescribable congratulations in London I will tell everyone one more time congratulations I worked in hotel before and I found Novotel one of the best

Expensive breakfast... and a fee for the wired internet . But the wifi was free...

The great deal I got on Booking.com, excellent and varied breakfast, good transport links (via the tram or metro) to the centre of Amsterdam, also very easy to get to Schiphol Airport. Rooms are modern, clean, staff friendly and helpful.

For 3, the room was on the small side, but this wasn't a major problem.

The hotel was nice, but it was somewhat annoying having to sign a waiver saying you wont smoke or do drugs in the Hotel. Aside from that breakfast buffet was lovely, it was included in our room price, if you book without breakfast it will cost 24 Euro! Easy access to the Airport and to the City Center. The staff are not particularly friendly, but they do answer your questions.
