Hotelul este la 3 minute de mers pe jos de statia de tren RAI si de tramvaiul 4. Are wifi si in holul hotelului si in incinta camerelor.

Se percepe o garantie de 70 de euro la check in, pentru produsele din bar, dar nu se mentioneaza nimic despre acest lucru in conditiile rezervare prezentate pe site-ul Booking.com si nici pe site-ul oficial Accor. Angajatii de la receptie sunt in general OK ,dar trebuie sa va verificati bine facturile prezentate la check-out deoarece prietenii nostri au avut surpriza sa regasească in factura servicii de care nu au beneficiat (curatatorie,parcare o noapte), precum si breakfast, deşi era inclus in pretul initial al rezervării (ce fusese plătit anticipat). Bineînteles ca totul s-a lămurit si nu a fost necesar sa se platească sumele nedatorate dar oricum dacă ar fi mai atenti receptionerii ar fi mai bine.

Personalul foarte amabil.

I modified my original booking.com booking, by calling the hotel on the phone. The hotel changed my booking, quoted a new price, and promised a confirmation email. However, the email did not arrive for over five days, during which I emailed them several times asking for the confirmation email. When their confirmation email finally arrived, it contained the change in booking details, but not the new price quoted over the phone. When we checked out, it turned out that the price quoted over the phone was incorrect. H ence we had to pay a higher price, because we did not have written confirmation of the price quoted by the hotel over the phone.

It's a good hotel.

The fact that they blocked the warranty of 70 euro from my card and they didn't released it even now. The staff doesn't kmow to well english because they told me that they only verify the card and no money will be blocked.

Everything was excellent including the front desk staff.

Only one small thing... My room was constantly not made-up until late afternoon (4pm..ish)

Good , clean rooms. Good breakfast, large selection of food.

This hotel is a bit far from the centre of amsterdam. Also there are not restuarants in the vicinity of this hotel ,so the only option is to either eat in the hotel or go to the city centre.

- Very nice, clean and confortable lounge - Easy access from metro, Tram and railway - Good cleanness - Free internet access in all the hotel - Confortable bed

- Room very small for three people and without options of separate/individual beds - Internet access extremely unstable in the room (annoying!) - High cost of services in the hotel (e.g. breakfast at 21 euros/person) - Slow room service - Reception not always available by phone - No shuttle service

Staff was helpful, breakfast was good, the facilities were nice. It was a short walk to the train station that took you straight to central Amsterdam - not a long ride at all. Very easy check-in and check-out. Parking at the lot is expensive, but they let us know that we could find street parking for free, which we did with ease.

The 3-person suite was quite small, but we were really only there for sleeping.

The Hotel was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff & dining staff were friendly

Hotel bathrooms should be cleaned on a daily basis. The rooms are a bit small for 3 people.

Very close to the rai congrescentre Nice, clean room with fantastic view (13th floor) Good bath en shower Great breakfast (very busy though)

Very hard mattresses Very poor service at the reception with check- in (very impolite) and when I phoned them earlier on the check-in day (little knowledge, no sufficient Dutch), good service with check- out though.

The restaurant was lovely and the food was brilliant- lovely breakfast and a great lunch menu. Convenient location for Amsterdam Marathon.

Room had a very bad musty smell which was very noticeable when you entered the room. Room decor was a little dated and tired looking- very out of sync with the decor on the ground floor of the hotel.Plus not sure what made our room 'superior' double room.
