Odalar temiz, Metro ve tramvaya yakin Otelde renovasyon calismalari vardi, koridorlarda durgun bir koku var, ucretsiz internet icin 4 bilgisayar bu otele cok az, booking.com sayfasinda otelin goruntusu gercek degil, bilgisayarli cizim, bu musterileri yaniltmaya yonelik bir harekettir, kabul edilemez, kahvalti salonunda masa ve sandalyeler degismeli |

Oda sessizdi, yatak rahati, Personel cokilgili ve iyi idi Halinin uzerinde cok miktarda leke guzel degildi. Yatak bekledigim gibiydi ancak odaya gore buyuktu yada oda cok kucuktu. |

Staff were really helpful, especially the restaurant. Customer service was at its best especially the attitude towards a family with small kids!!! For a tourist the services provided by the hotel needs to improve. If the staff could a brief overview about the city, the closest public transport from the hotel, places to see around the location and so on. This kind of a service at the time of Check-In along with some brochures can make this place a best tourist hotel destination. |

the hotel is undergoing major refurb which was not explained on booking .Other services are over priced and I had to pay to park in the hotels car park!!!! |

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The location of the hotel was about 20 min. away by tram from the city centre but it was very close to local transport links (the tram no.4 and metro station were just 2-3 min. away). |

Comfortable and very clean room, very nice breakfast, not very convenient if you want to be in the centre on foot, but with good and oft as described connections to it by metro and tram. We paid as much money as we would have spent on a private room in a hostel- there is definetely no comparison between the services and convenience between these two... |

The breakfast was great. Transport to and from city centre and airport was easy. On the day we left and after we gave our key we came back to collect our bags around 3.30 PM. we asked for a secluded small space (any space) to pray for 10 minutes. We were denied this. |

Excellent value for money! The facilities were superb. The breakfast had the most extensive choice we've ever seen. We could have spent the day there!! Tram and Train stations within 2 mins walking distance so it didn't matter that you were outside the city. |

The hotel was clean , quiet and had good facilities and was great value for money . The breakfast was sensational value It was too far away from the city centre/cafes and resturants for me and the dinner menu was very limited |

The facilities were excellent in view of the on going renovation of the hotel . Between my last visit over two years and now, there has been a major uplift of the facilities. During my stay, the express check in counter was not in service and the staff at the check in account were rather too slow as it took quite a while before we got checked in. The performance of the public wifi was rather epileptic and I found the parking rather too tight. |

Good location. Breakfast offered in the room at no extra charge. Friendly room service staff. Maintenance/renovation work at the hotel means noisy building work during weekdays but fine at weekends. |

The breakfast was very good, the hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. It was not easy to find the parking lot, then there wasn't much space for parking. Also, 22.50 euros per day is a lot of money for parking. |

Check in and out were easy. Staff were helpful. Although out of the city centre the tram and railway stations were only a short walk away. Bar/Resterant were not very appealing. It was like a function room with tables no real atmosphere. Food was good and staff were friendly. |

The room was small but the space was very well used and the bathroom was just great. I would recommend everyone the breakfast which was quite luxurious.Public transport station was quite near to the hotel, so it was no big deal to get into the inner city. All-in-all, this was a really enjoyable stay. Nothing comes to my mind... It was just perfect. |

The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were well priced and comfortable. The location was a bit far from the tourist sites. However, the tram station was conveniently close by. |

Breakfast was very good. Also free 20 minute internet was good as was the location to regular local transport links (the tram no. 4 and metro were about 2 minutes away). Hotel cleanliness and staff were excellent also. In addition we checked in at 9:30am no problem and out at 12:00 leaving luggage in a secure locked up room with tokens given out to reclaim our bags later. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Unfortunately the wellness centre (gym/sauna etc.) was not completed at this time but will be completed soon and I am sure it will be as good as the rest of the hotel, thats the only aspect I could fault with the hotel really. |
