Die Rezeption-Leute waren stets freundlich und behilflich, was die Hälfte des gesamt-Eindrucks ausmacht. Die Toiletten im Parter gross/sauber! Die Hotel-Lage ist sehr praktisch. Etwas seltsam war das Loch in der Toiletten-Wand im Zimmer 608, wo der yale-door-stopper irgendeinmal in die Wand gedrückt wurde. Es wirkt nicht gepflegt und schön. Evt. etwas mehr Licht beim Frühstück wäre doch möglich? |

Lage, Mitarbeiter, Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Komfort-Hotel, zu wenig umfangreich, man musste zu lange warten, bis wieder nachgefüllt wurde, unpraktisch z.B. Kaffee zu holen, für jede einzelne Tasse extra, nur zu 2/3 gefüllt, dann musste Automat öfter nachgefüllt werden, entweder sollten mehr Kaffeeautomaten aufgestellt werden oder schon Kaffeekannen auf dem Tisch stehen, |

Very central but not loud. Staff super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, and I liked the fact that we could make a tea or coffee in our room. We were also able to stay longer after check out time for a decent price. We were unable to open the windows due to the way the building was constructed, otherwise we were very pleased. |

I liked the position in the city, the comfort inside, the honesty of the staff. I did not like the fact the bathroom was divided in two sides and the transparent door from the bathroom. |

Good, central location; quiet, fine rooms. The staff was polite, but very-very slow and defensive if asked why. Internet is not free of charge - and it should be nowadays in such hotels. |

Excellent breakfasts, clean, spacious room with very good facilities, good price, staff very helpful. Nothing I didn't like but a comfy lounge would have been nice especially as city breaks are tiring! |

The hotel was in the heart of the city. Easy acces from the Central station. Room was newly renowered and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The douche for women was missing. The TV was oldfashion and the picture was unclear even to see the news. |

The location couldn't have been any better. It is in the center of everything. The Front desk staff were fantastic. The room carpet was dirty and needs replacement asap. |

The trediness of the shops, the clealiness of the city, the friendliness of people..! I have reserved 2 rooms (for me and my colleague) and unfortunately the hotel charged my credit card for both rooms at the time of the reservation! This is an unacceptable practice and first it happens to be when I book through this website. Payment should be deducted only after the content of the client during the checkout and not when the reservation was made 1 month in advance! |

Hotel is very central and right next door to an Information Bureau. Clean with good facilities, though the week pound meant our money did not go far. Rooms are a little cramped. |

The welcome was very good.Being British the tea making facilities were very welcome.The location was right in the centre of the shopping area, and there were plenty of restaurants around. |

Staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable about activities and things to do in the Hague etc and very nice the bathroom paint was a bit flaky, the carpets were a little old, but mostly, the restaurant choice was limited and very pricey. a wider range of prices would make the difference between going out or staying in |
