The location couldn't be any better, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by great restaurants. The car park is down a little alley to the left of the main hotel entrance and reached via a car lift which was very handy. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Personally, I found the bed really comfortable and the ac in the room allowed me to keep it just the temperature I like at night (cool). I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Den Haag.

I liked a lot about it, was close to everything and comfortable. The one thing I did not like was the heating system, I hate that there is always a noise and also it was not very warm. I had to ask the reception to regulate it, but it still was not satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and well-trained. Made you feel like an individual, and not just passing through. One morning when I left to walk to my conference location the front desk gave me an umbrella to take with me; these gestures are not small and really make the difference.

The location is perfect and there is free internet, all in all however, I would not give four stars to this hotel -- there everything is quite cheap and esthetically profoundly unappealing. Tastes differ, however...

Location is perfect, including very convenient parking in the basement. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor is modern and in good condition. We often find that the photos of hotels on the web don't give an accurate image, but in this case we got what we expected - a nice, modern hotel. We requested a quiet room and got it. Best of all, no nasty smells, which we often find in hotels which need to be updated. This didn't affect us as we never have breakfast in hotels because of the price. We did notice that it was very expensive.

No real frills, but a good solid hotel, free wifi, great staff and the location must be one of the best in the Hague for being in the centre and near to shopping. Tram connections to World Forum are cheap and quick

The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of the Hague, with easy access to an excellent variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff The hotel is not really worthy of 4 stars - the rooms are fine, but bathrooms are fairly simple, beds are ok not great.

Dont have any complaints about this hotel, everything was great - service, rooms, location. They were kind enough to upgrade us when we mentioned it was our honeymoon. We had a really pleasent stay here and would reccommend the hotel to others!

Locaton They should provide a real and good quality eiderdown and better quality of bathroom products. Furthermore : at the bar EUR 6.50 for 8 tiny pieces of cheese: shame on Novotel !

Had big room (superior double). Good bathroom with seperate toilet, so attention to privacy. Bed was comfortable, though weird: when you sat on the foot-end, the rest went up (als een wip). Good size flat screen tv in room, also a desk ideal for me bcs i needed to work a bit. Staff very helpful and comfortable in contact.
