Aquest Novotel es troba a 5 minuts amb cotxe de l'aeroport d'Eindhoven. Disposa d'un jardí amb piscina i d'unes habitacions àmplies amb llits extra llargs i internet Wi-Fi gratuïta. Les habitacions tenen colors brillants i grans finestrals que ofereixen vista sobre la zona verda que hi ha al voltant. Estan equipades amb televisor de pantalla plana amb canals per satèl·lit, servei de cafè i te i un bany amb sabons i xampús gratuïts. A la terrassa del jardí, els clients poden gaudir del clima en els dies assolellats mentre prenen un cafè. El restaurant@novotel ofereix un ampli menú d'esmorzar. És un restaurant amb una decoració moderna i disposa d'un menú de cuina francesa a l'hora de sopar. Per als més petits el Novotel Eindhoven té un pati a l'aire lliure i una sala de jocs amb una Xbox 360. També podreu fer una partida de golf al Golfclub Welschap, que és a 2,5 km de l'hotel. The location was important as I wanted to catch a flight and did not want to be far away from the airport. I suggest having a free airport shuttle service.

Price/quality ratio. I chose this hotel because it was billed as being 5 minutes from the airport. However, I had completely overlooked the fact that there would be no transport to get there; hence, I paid 23 euros to get there by taxi from Eindhoven station and another 7.80 the next morning to the airport - thereby cancelling out all the financial advantages of the cheap room. I strongly advise anyone going to the airport to stay in the centre of Eindhoven, as there is a cheap bus from the station running every 8 minutes.

I thought the hotel was very modern and clean overall ... I liked the convenience of having a hot-water cooker in the room -- WIFI also nice even though we didn't require it this trip. The biggest concern for our family of 5 is cost -- and while many families in our group stayed at the Van der Valk, we found this more affordable. Thank you!

Nice place near airport and Eindhoven. Great free wireless internet. No need to pay for the faster wired internet. Friendly and helpful staff and fast room service. DOG OWNERS BEWARE! You are only allowed to stay 2 adults and 2 dogs in one room due to "security reasons". Our Dutch friends have never heard about that term before. We were 2 adults and 3 medium size dogs (beagles) and had to pay for two rooms. (We knew that on arrival, but had been told by mail before arrival it was because of the room size, not "security reasons"). We only used one room, but was charged for both.

The Staff on arrival at The Reception were very friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The Bar Staff were the same and made us feel very welcomed. The price of the breakfast. We infact did not have breakfast in the Hotel because of it.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room, the isolation of bathroom from room, tea&coffee facilities, tv channels, additional pillows and towels. Clean enough. Perfect for a transit stay (3-5 minutes by car from airport). The place where the kettle was kept in was dusty. The card in bed-head where written "Have a good sleep, good night" were so dusty, that it was visible with the naked eye. Magazines on the table were all in dutch language.

Location near to airport. Helpfulness of staff to arrange taxi pick up to save cost of airport taxi. Free hotel wifi. Excellent dinner.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean with an inner door to reduce corridor noise when sleeping. Breakfast was very expensive €17.50. HOwever I believe you can get cheaper breakfast if you eat at the bar. Breakfast very expensive.

The hotel is easy to find from the motorway and the parking was both free and secure. Booking.com stated that checking was from 12:00 but when we arrived just after this we were told that no rooms were available until 'later' and to go away to return later in the afternoon. We really had to press for a time to come back some could organise our day. Eventually we were told to return at 3pm to check in.

The reception staff were fantasitic, friendly, helpful and professional. The room was a very good size, simple and well laid out and spotlessly clean. Wifi was free and with a fast connection. Surroundings were pleasant with children,s play area and pool. Nothing - a little isolated but we knew this when we booked and we had a car.

The reception area was ok - and the evening menu ok. We were thoroughly disappointed at the standard of the bedroom in this hotel. In no way did it reflect what we have experienced of other Novotel hotels. In no way was the room superior. The bed was uncomfortable, the bedding lumpy and the towels smelt greasy and unclean. The bath was tiny. The staff did not respond to our complaints about the room. The corridors were also bleak and unwelcoming. Clearly there is a quality assurance issue with your ratings and we will not trust them in future. Totally spoiled the last night of our holiday.

Good acces to the airport..... It was dusty bed and room...., there's 2 chips left from previous guest and it's supposed to be clear up before another next guess coming....but i think the room attendant dont pay attention about it.

For us the Novotel was a stop over spot on our journey to Deventer in the east. It was relatively close to the airport although it would have been good to have been able to catch a transit bus or equivalent directly from the hotel to the train station in the morning. Also,in the room, it would have been nice to have had a cup of tea out of crockery instead of papercups. Everything else was wonderful including the exceptional evening meal in the dining room. Compliments once again to the chef. Breakfast was also excellent - amazing choices.
