I like the cleanliness of the room, the interior design, delicious breakfast, the environment ans most of all the staff. I don't like the pillow in the my room (in the sofa). Looks very old pillow, with small hair (maybe from other guest). |

The staff were very attentive. We arrived at the hotel at around 1600hrs and were told that there were no clean rooms available. The member of staff was very apologetic and we were given complimentary drinks and only waited for 20 mins before a room was available. All the staff that served us, reception, bar and breakfast, were all very friendly, professional and spoke excellent english. An enjoyable overnight stay. |

I only stayed in the hotel overnight while visiting friends for a wedding. The exterior made me worry however as the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover. |

First I got a room that was already occupied by someone else. I was apologized and I was given a free drink coupon as a compensation for that mistake. Next day my door card stopped working and I had to visit reception for renewal. |

Proximity to Airport, quiet rooms, plentiful free parking. Excellent front line staff. Good sized rooms with sofa & work desk. The usual generic Novotel chain experience. 15e extra for good buffet breakfast, 10e for 24hrs wired internet access etc. |

excellent hotel to stay in staff very friendly quality of rooms excellent be careful using taxis the hotel r using there were six of us and the firm would not send a six seater and wanted 30 euro for each into eindhoven we caught the bus got a six seater at the bus station back he only charged us 23.50 euro. |

The fact that this hotel does not operate a shuttle service to the hotel is awkward. The price of a taxi ride for that relatively short distance is very high. |

Very pleasant staff, room was excellently clean and tidy with all of the facilities I required for a short business stay. I would have liked more channel choice on the TV. CNN and SKY new were the only English language options. Also I would have liked a better choice in the restaurant |

Great food in the restaurant and all staff very helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to friends. Inner room door (403) was very squeaky and needs oiling but apart from that no complaints! |

rooms facilities were good. Restaurant was not good, and there wasn't a mirror in the main part of my room, very difficult to use hair straightners without a mirror. |

Shower/bathroom excellent, and separate toilet even better. Excellent breakfast. Evening meal not good enough quality, and not worth the price paid. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again, but next time I will definitely make the effort to go out and find a better restaurant which I'm sure would be better quality and better value for money. |

The hotel is really nice! Clean, lightful, the bedroom has a wonderful kingsize bed that I still miss! Breakfast is enjoyable too and stuff very nice and helpful. Also, it is cheap too, we paid 60e for a double. The position is a problem if you don't have a car. It is very close to the airport in case you're flying. But for city-seeing, then you definitely need a car. |

The staff was very friendly and professional. Whenever I asked a question or for advice, it was immediately researched and answered and the answer was fantastic in terms of restaurant recommendations, directions, local events, anything. The breakfast was overall superb, but I think the scrambled eggs were from powder as opposed to real eggs. That said, the selection of meats, cheeses and breads was very pleasing. |
