Free parking, good breakfast, bus service to the city center. To pay internet in the room, far from the city center, only give a fotocopy of city map, to pay city taxes after having paid the room in advance. |

The overall atmoshpere, helpful but relaxed. Nice ambience. Loved the pool area and v good breakfast only the location as I had a dog with me. Difficult to get directions to the nearest green space |

The staff at reception and everywhere were very helpful, spoke English and French, and went out of their way to help us. That is very valuable and not the case at every hotel. There was access to many English channels on TV and one French channel. This is very nice to non-Dutch people. We travelled in Germany and only CNN was available in another hotel chain. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the garden surrounding the pool. The only criticism would be the prices at the hotel restaurant. Desserts had no variety and were outrageously expensive. I would suggest a more family oriented menu, or even a table d'hôte, as I assume many families travel to your hotel, as well as business people. |

The airconditioning was excellent! (Tropical temperatures outside). The attitude of the staff at the buffet breakfast was outstanding! We truly enjoyed our stay again at the Novotel Maastricht. |

We liked everything in the hotel, but especially the exceptionally professional customer-friendly approach, which not just made us feel welcome, but even at home. Excellent breakfast, well organised shuttle-service to the centre, comfortable room......... what else could one wish? |

Cleanliness of the room, and good and friendly staff were the main features. There isn't much else to say Where to start?. Firstly, this place is falsely advertising many things. This place is nowhere close to the city center, and it is a difficult 20 minutes walks along the highway. Secondly, this place is very over- priced for what it is, and what it offers. We did not have any breakfast at the hotel, since it was eur 18.50 each, and we had just 2 coffee, which cost us eur 8.00 ?? |

We enjoyed out stay at Novotel Maastricht, were surprised by variety and quality at breakfast -excellent omelette made to order. Modern hotel about a mile from Maastricht centrum. free taxi ride to centrum (but not back) Good value for Maastricht. Free parking. It is a bit hard getting to the hotel from the ringroad, but price and breakfast more than made up for that. Also hotel is not able to offer free taxi back from centrum. We walked and took about 20 minutes. Walk was fine for us but maybe not for those who are not good city navigators. |

Shuttle to town. friendly service. Rooms were smaller and less fancy compared to website pictures. Room service was expensive and did not taste good. What we payed for breakfast did not match the quality of the food. Pool was very small, and even though the site said it was warm water, it was covered with a very disgusting looking tarp during our stay. |

Brandalarm ging s'nachts af .Waarschijnlijk met een reden.Alle mensen uit bed Hierna door brandweer naar kamers teruggestuurd.Echter nooit een oorzaak gehoord.Misschien was een kleine notitie s'morgens wel zo attent geweest. |
