El Novotel Brainpark és un hotel modern de 4 estrelles situat a 10 minuts en cotxe del centre de la ciutat. Ofereix un allotjament modern i ampli amb internet Wi-Fi i una vista panoràmica sobre Rotterdam. Totes les habitacions disposen de TV de pantalla plana i d'un racó d'estar confortable. The only problem was the distance from the central station. It cost me 15 Euro for each trip into town and I ended up spending about 60 Euro on taxi fares.

- The price in the website BOOKING.COM was not the same that they charged me at check out . we booked for triple for a fixed price but this hotel asked us +20euro for the third person. - we have booked a room for 3 persons via BOOKING.COM but when we anted to pay for check out they charged +20euro for extra supplement and they say this is because of one extra bed? I really don't know when you book your hotel for triple bed for a fix amount why they ask extra for one bed extra?

The location was good as very close to Erasmus University. However it is inconvenient if you need to go to the city centre. For those who do not mind the quiet it is ideal and also for those who have business with the university

The hotel was clean and the view was superb! The price for a family with older children was good. Very good breakfast and nice and helpful staff. A big advantage was free parking and free internet in the rooms as well.

Great hotel sfaff, friendly and helpful. Speaks excellent English. Breakfast was fairly good. Rooms are big. The hotel facilities are not as nice as you see oh photos, cheap bed linens, plastic cups in the room etc. Breakfast was fairly good, but not dinner, all dishes are obviously not home made.

The overall experience was very good. Room clean and of a good size. Room included an additional bed-sofa which was already made up and ready for use. Breakfast: good selection of fresh quality foods. Reasonable price which included internet & parking (which can set you back easily 30 Euro per night in other hotels). Distance to the city: 5-10 minutes by car. We did not try the restaurant for dinner. The coffee (espresso) could be better.

We had an executive room on 17th floor so we had an excellent view. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom tidy and neat. Good and fast room service, good food, polite and nice staff. The minibar was inclusive in the price but there were only 2 beers and a few soft drinks. I would have rather paid for having a normal minibar. Seems like a marketing trick.

Location and clean room. A "four star" hotel does not place plastic drinking glasses in the bathroom. Also a "four star" hotel provides porcelain coffee cups with the room coffee maker. Not paper cups as provided in Novotel Hotel Rotterdam. Thus my conclusion is that this hotel is not ****, rather ***and one half.

Large rooms. Not so friendly staff. Very far from the city center. Very expensive breakfast. Far from the underground. Unless you need to visit Erasmus University, you have no reason to stay there.

Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark is clean and efficient. Everything works well and even the air conditioning at night is tolerable (which is not the case in all hotels). The staff are friendly and the hotel provides quite good value for the price it charges. It offers some little extras which make one feel welcome, such as tea and coffee in the room and complementary fruit in the foyer. The hotel happens to be well located for my professional purposes, right next to Erasmus University, but it would be worth considering as a serious choice for other purposes.

Everything OK, nice location close to Erasmus University but in the same time good conections to the city center. Friendly staff, helpfull and ready to help you whenever you need. Room is nice, clean an comfortable.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff was great, the rooms were perfectly suitable, clean and well designed, the staff was professional, helpful and very kind, the location was excellent, breakfast buffet was a lot more than we had expected; great variety and well presented. The hotel in whole was in great shape and it was great from a to Z. On top of all the above, the price was very affordable and we obviously got every penny's worth. We hope this was not only one of a kind but a company's regular standard - we will definitely return. Best regards, The Barkan family Israel

This is the second time i stay at Novotel Brainpark and i will continue to stay there when in Rotterdam. The staff especially at the reception desk are friendly and professional. The fact that there is free internet access if a big plus. It is spotless clean and the food is good and the rate is reasonable and most of all it is walking distance to Erasmus University which I visit once / twice a year. In addition, the guests to the hotel share common charactersitics: business people, groups of sports people that are serious and do not make noise etc etc whch meets my requirements in hotel.. One added plus, i was able to check inmy room in less than five minutea s i arrived after a midnight flight with no sleep. I got the room with the specifications i requested as i booked through bookig.com..In totla, I will recommend to friends travelling to Rotterdam
