Ottima la cortesia e professionalità dello staff. Facilità di accesso dall'autostrada scaricando la mappa del sito. Camera ampia e confortevole, colazione abbondante, varia e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per le offerte non modificabili. |

La facilità nel raggiungerlo, il parcheggio, il ristorante. Alla reception, parlando in inglese, sembrava che il personale volesse dimostare di parlare meglio la lingua degli ospiti. infastiditi qualora venisse richiesto di ripetere. |

compactness, simplicity, design, high speed internet. it took 45 minutes for my key card to be programmed after arriving at the hotel at 4am, there's nothing worse than waiting for a computer to do this when you are exhausted. |

Service was good and it was near the place where we had to be during the day. When I booked the hotel I paid only two nights on the 12th of december but I booked 3 nights, then you took the money from the 3rd night on the 24th of december, why not all in taking the money in once |

Breakfast. Being able to control all the lights from within bed. Quiet. Friendly staff. I expect an ironing board and iron at this price. Also, most hotels have clock radios at the bedside. I found the absence of a set of dresser drawers to put my clothing into very unusual. Also, you make your beds without a top sheet - the duvet is literally on top of me. 10 euros per day for internet access is also about twice what it should be. Pay per view TV wasn't available. No fitness facility. |

The room was lovely, we enjoyed the view as well as the complimentary water heater and tea. Because the prices of the minibar were exorbitant, we would like to have purchased some snacks/drinks from outside the hotel to bring to our room. However, no shopping centers/stores could be found nearby. |

We had stayed in Novotels on quite a few occasions over the past 15 years with our children and had always had very positive experiences. Therefore when it was time for my husband and I to come to Rotterdam on his European business trip we right away thought of Novotel. During this stay we were treated very well-- the staff was friendly and were more than willing to comply with our one or two requests. On our reservation (by email) we had requested a room with a nice view since it was our 23rd anniversary that weekend..... And wow did they ever give us a great room! Room 1011 had a fantastic view and was a beautiful room! It all made for a great anniversary weekend-- the staff, the room, the hotel itself and the price. The breakfast was totally amazing as it had so much variety. We could not believe it. It was simply outstanding!!! Please keep you weekend special prices. They are what allowed us to be able to stay with you and to have such a wonderful weekend. We will be back next year I am sure! Thanks for being such a big part of such a wonderful memory for us! Bless you! |

Very friendly competent and accomodating staff. Providing take away coffee from breakfast buffet without charge, allowing later check-out, providing ice in room etc. Food was very poor outside regular restaurant service hours. Microwaved frozen ready meals! |
