とにかくスタッフの方が親切で雰囲気はいい。ロッテルダムセントラムに出るには、電車かタクシー。電車の場- 合は最寄駅まで歩いて10分、乗り換えもあるので交通の便はいいとは言えない。ただしタクシーでも20ユー- ロ程度と大した出費にはならない。セントラムで変なホテルに泊まるよりはよいと思う。

総合的には良いと思われる。シングルがとれずスーペリアであったので、部屋の清潔感、広さなどには満足。

テレビのプログラムがローカルのみでCNNやBBCニュースが見れなかった。NHKなどの国際放送があれば- より良いと感じた。フロントの対応は、英語で対応してくれたが、応対してくれたフロントのスタッフとの意思- の疎通が図れず、インボイスを分けて発行して頂くお願いには、こちらが希望する手配にならなかった。逆に気- 分を害された様子に不満を感じた。

セキュリティーがしっかりしている。スタッフが親切。夜遅く帰っても対応してくれる。大人でもエキストラベ- ッドでも十分。

朝ご飯は充実していたけど、ちょっと高いかな〜。朝から2000円はきつい。

年末の花火が窓から見れて、きれいだった。

エレベーター使用中にルームメイドの女性が乗ってきて、ドアの外に残された掃除機のコードが引っかかり緊急- 停止。エレベーター内では掃除機が宙に舞い落ちて破壊。埃まみれになり１０分ほど待った。４星ホテルなだけ- に残念。

- The price in the website BOOKING.COM was not the same that they charged me at check out . we booked for triple for a fixed price but this hotel asked us +20euro for the third person.

- we have booked a room for 3 persons via BOOKING.COM but when we anted to pay for check out they charged +20euro for extra supplement and they say this is because of one extra bed? I really don't know when you book your hotel for triple bed for a fix amount why they ask extra for one bed extra?

The location was good as very close to Erasmus University. However it is inconvenient if you need to go to the city centre. For those who do not mind the quiet it is ideal and also for those who have business with the university

The hotel was clean and the view was superb! The price for a family with older children was good. Very good breakfast and nice and helpful staff. A big advantage was free parking and free internet in the rooms as well.

The overall experience was very good. Room clean and of a good size. Room included an additional bed-sofa which was already made up and ready for use. Breakfast: good selection of fresh quality foods. Reasonable price which included internet & parking (which can set you back easily 30 Euro per night in other hotels). Distance to the city: 5-10 minutes by car. We did not try the restaurant for dinner.

The coffee (espresso) could be better.

We had an executive room on 17th floor so we had an excellent view. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom tidy and neat. Good and fast room service, good food, polite and nice staff.

The minibar was inclusive in the price but there were only 2 beers and a few soft drinks. I would have rather paid for having a normal minibar. Seems like a marketing trick.
