It was near from the conference center. It was a good idea to pay to the Hotel for returning to the Airport without paying cash to the Taxi driver. TV was not directed to the Bed in the room. The price did not include the Breakfast. |

The hotel situation is a good start to visit Amsterdam with 2 Tramstations very close (2 minutes walking). The room and the breakfast were excellent. Nice sport facilities. Price of the parking (35€/night). I really think this hotel could make an effort offering cheaper price for their own parking. |

Under rennovation. Still foods are excellent. 1. It was inconvenient that lifts didn't stop at ground floor. 2. Dirty and disorganized even under rennovation. 3. Attitude of front service staff were impolite 4. Mineral water in the mini-bar was open, no bottle opener, showing no good control of house keeprs |

The quick qiet service, the food and the vicinity to the business center. The wiaters are too quick to re-do the tables in the restaurant, they should wait for the client to finish before they start clearing. |

Booking.com or Hotel shall inform the condition of under renovation, prior to the guest stay.Because of 5 stars hotels, hotel should give precise information about breakfast restaurant change, before hands.Overall service was good or more than good. But, the strange guest of 4 people has stayed at outside smoking spot for a quite long time with making significant noise all the time. |

Large rooms (junior suite upgrade for free!). Very near to 2 tram lines that go to the town centre or the museum area. Can also walk to town (about 15mins). Excellent pool/wellness area. The side of the hotel is along a canal with a very pretty terrace and an attractive bar/cafe area. Great views of Amsterdam from the top floor bar (23rd Bar). Expensive parking (35 euros/day). Internet at 25 euros a day. Reception area currently being refurbished (but kept disruption to minimum). Main entrance to the hotel is through a car park, so not very attractive. However, once inside the new lobby area is peaceful and smart. |

The room and room service were ok, just right for this type of hotel, but nothing really above expectations. The hotel is way too far from the city center. We traveled for the weekend and wanted to stay within walking distance to main city sights. However, it is 20 min to get to Dam Square by trolley. Besides, this hotel is huge. Maybe it is a good venue for corporate events , but it lacks any cozy features that would make it a comfortable place to stay for a young couple. The staff is very unfriendly. Eventually we moved out earlier and moved to Swiss Hotel which is perfectly located on the Dam Square w/perfect rooms in high tech style. |

The service was wonderful. Make sure and mention although price was reflected in dollars, if you pay with a credit card; the exchange rate to euros was not great therefor hotel cost more. |
