solo la colazione ottima la scelta del buffet camere sporche per un hotel a 5 stelle non dovrebbe capitare e poi poco personale, ero li per una convention e tutti si lamentavano di camere sporche. |

centro benessere ok, gentilissimo lo staff del centro spa, peccato che mancava la zona relax con aroma terapia, cmq. veramente rilassante. breakfast ottimo. la non conoscenza della lingua, avrei gradito piu' lusso, anche nelle camere( mancavano alcuni tipici kit prerogativa anche dei 3 stelle) , la lontananza dal centro. |

The Yamazato restaurant was superb, food was wonderfull, service was very good. We truely enjoyed the whole experience. We had a standard room, it has not been renovated yet, so it was a bit outdated. Also the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. The renovated rooms are probably a lot nicer, and far more worth the stay. |

We liked the restaurant on the 23rd floor and the facilities inside the hotel. Excellent behavior of the staff when problems occurred. The supervisor managed to repair any inconvenience. The hotel has old rooms that need immediate refurbishment. |

I was surprised by the level of quality and services of the 3 restaurants, You have a beautifull view at the last floor of the building. I enjoy a lot teh breakfast in the morning, lots of choices (Croissant, brioche, Fresh fruits, eggs sausages, eggs, ...) Nothing, I will come back to the same hotel if I have to go to Amsterdam |

It was near from the conference center. It was a good idea to pay to the Hotel for returning to the Airport without paying cash to the Taxi driver. TV was not directed to the Bed in the room. The price did not include the Breakfast. |

The hotel situation is a good start to visit Amsterdam with 2 Tramstations very close (2 minutes walking). The room and the breakfast were excellent. Nice sport facilities. Price of the parking (35€/night). I really think this hotel could make an effort offering cheaper price for their own parking. |

Under rennovation. Still foods are excellent. 1. It was inconvenient that lifts didn't stop at ground floor. 2. Dirty and disorganized even under rennovation. 3. Attitude of front service staff were impolite 4. Mineral water in the mini-bar was open, no bottle opener, showing no good control of house keeprs |

The quick qiet service, the food and the vicinity to the business center. The wiaters are too quick to re-do the tables in the restaurant, they should wait for the client to finish before they start clearing. |
