併設の日本食レストラン山里が素晴らしい。完璧だと思う。

５つ星のホテルとしては防音設備が非常にお粗末だという印象を受けました。　廊下、隣室からの音が丸聞こえで、たまたま隣室の人が非常識な人たちだったという不運もあったのでしょうが- 、夜中１時過ぎまで部屋の出入りや話し声がうるさく、早朝４時頃にはまた隣室からの音で目を覚ますという次- 第でした。　安い宿泊料ではないので、安眠を確保できないというのは、『不満』といわざるを得ないでしょう。

料金は高いが、サービスは標準レベルで、温かみが感じられない。

バスローブの紐が付いていない、シャワーカーテンにカビが生えているなど、料金の割りに部屋の管理、設備が- 不十分で、不満足感が大きい。

リンスを置いてもらいたかった。バスローブが一着しかなく、且つ腰紐が無かった。

日本的サービスが心地よく、快適なホテルライフを過ごせました。レストランの食事も非常に美味しかったです- 。部屋も十分広く、清潔でした。

The perfunctory and heartless services does not have value for expensive cost. Breakfast is too expensive. Equipment such as elevator is old.

We liked the restaurant on the 23rd floor and the facilities inside the hotel. Excellent behavior of the staff when problems occurred. The supervisor managed to repair any inconvenience.

The hotel has old rooms that need immediate refurbishment.

I was surprised by the level of quality and services of the 3 restaurants, You have a beautifull view at the last floor of the building. I enjoy a lot teh breakfast in the morning, lots of choices (Croissant, brioche, Fresh fruits, eggs sausages, eggs, ...)

Nothing, I will come back to the same hotel if I have to go to Amsterdam

The hotel was really a luxury hotel with polite and helpfull staff.
