The hotel is very quiet and not so far from city center. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom wasn't that clean. It was still possible to see the spots of a previous used glas around the wash-basin. And this in a Junior-Suite! I would have expected more comfort and not any shabby furniture waiting to be changed for new ones.This hotel doesn't really earn all five stars. Nearly 30 Euro for breakfast (p.person) which didn't even offer any variety!!! |

Staff were very helpful; hotel is right on tram route to the centre of town Standard rooms were quite plain; parking very expensive (35 euros per night!!), but whole of Amsterdam expensive for cars |

everything except internet service, etc. the tendency of high end hotels to charge you for internet is silly. it is an easy thing to provide guests. just add five euro to the room charge. to have to go through a whole service is at least as annoying as the cost is bothersome. the hotel provides a complimentary bottle of water. in twenty years the internet will be all over every city anyway and we ill be fighting over water to drink |

good service, quiet rooms, bar upstairs is a must in the evening. Breakfast is not cheap though, but worth it like every other penny spent! Try the restaurants in the hotel, all are good. |

Very friendly helpful staff, was my first time in Amsterdam and they helped me a lot with what to see, how to get there, and how to get back. Would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Hotel was very well laid out and is very easy on the eye with a beautiful view of the city Have no complaints |

In general I enjoyed the stay. The view is also very nice. It is not as close to downtown Amsterdam as I would have liked. I needed to take a tram or taxi to get there. |
