The restaurant and bar were excellent in all respects, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel side was not as good as the restaurant. Room was ok, clean, bed comfortable, but with only basic facilities not worth the rate charged. |

Spacious and comfortable room, good location of hotel on waterfront The heat was not on in mid-October -- we had to request that it be turned on. Breakfast was adequate but not very interesting: the bread was mediocre and no toaster was available. The staff was not especially friendly. |

The location and the comfortable room. Lots to do within walking distance from the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel and surrounding area was wonderful. Can't wait to go back. |

Good location I had a single room which was too small to be called a "room". Not worth the price at all. This demonstrates poor hospitality. The room was so small that the bathroom door could't be opened all the way. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. |

Habitación amplia y sencilla, muy básica. Un poco vieja pero limpia. El hotel está bien ubicado, en la zona del puerto de Volendam, muy turística y animada. La habitación daba al puerto, lo cual está bien por las vistas pero no tanto cuando a las 6 de la mañana empieza a entrar la luz por las cortinas. El desayuno, correcto pero sin pasarse. Sin aire acondicionado |

Goede verzorgen (elke dag schone handdoeken ) ruime kamers , ruime badkamers..mooi uitzicht op de haven kamer nummer 2 hadden wij Vloerbedekking was vies, geen douche gordijn, de laden viel uit de kasje, hor zatten los op 1 raam |

La vue sur le port et la mer intérieure (mais demander pour cela les chambres côté port), l'accès direct à la promenade piétonne, où se trouvent tous les commerces, et le merveilleux petit déjeuner, face à la mer. Lors de notre arrivée, accueil très froid par le personnel, qui était plus préoccupé par le service en salle du restaurant que par notre venue : pas un bonjour ni un sourire, alors que pendant tout notre séjour, tous les Hollandais ont été très accueillants. Et chambres mal insonorisées, avec moquette un peu sale par endroit. |

De kwaliteit van de bedden vinden wij uitstekend. Tevens is het ontbijtbuffet goed verzorgd. De receptie. Deze is niet continue bezet. Dus: voor bv het inleveren van de sleutel sta je gewoon aan de balie te wachten terwijl personeel langs je loopt en je negeert. |

Ambiance goed,schoon en correct. Ongeinterresseerd personeel achter de ontvangsbalie. Geen goede begeleiding qua parkeergelegenheid.Na 11 reisuren arriveren wij met de auto en kunnen wij niet dichtbij een parkeer gelegenheid vinden,Mijn vrouw (met reuma) afgezet met bagage.Daarna ben ik het centrum ingereden voor een plekje voor mijn auto toe zoeken. Niet echt wat je noemt gastvrij ontvangen dus ben beter gewend ! |
