Good placement and price. The shared bathroom was very clean.
There's no wifi in the rooms; just in the lobby and bar.
The hotel's location is great: near the main train station, the kiosk where you can buy tickets for boat excursions, and it is just few minutes away from the city's main square. Our room on top of the hotel provides an excellent view to an open air area in front of the train and waterway stations.
The room is small.
Great stay great location ..get what you pay for. Cant complain!
Bikes on road
Friendly staff bar area clean in the centre of the city
Rooms were too small and narrow, and had only 2 Hangers per room Lights did not work properly Dingy decor internal doors had no soft closure so slammed when closing disturbing sleep
I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of most of the staff! We stayed in room number 31, which was a twin room, and was very comfortable!
There was no air conditioning, the wifi didn't reach our room and at night it was very loud (but it's Warmoestraat, so I expected nothing less!) One staff member wasn't very polite.
Very good location: public transport in the proximity to all interesting points. The pubs are for all tastes.
The elevator needed a manual push to start. The hotel has not a visible sign at the entrance.
Me and a friend stayed here recently for a short break in Amsterdam & were delighted with our stay. Great location, friendly staff, a bar with well priced food & drink. Would definetly go back!
Staff were extremely friendly .. Deffinetly a revisit on the cards .. Happy hour 5pm/ 9pm ..
Room was a little on the small side
I did not like anything in this Hotel
Every thing was bad very tiny room very poor quality of bed Bathroom was bad with out any toiletteries
Great location in the middle of Amsterdam. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.
Noisy plumbing kept me awake. Shower needs upgrading to 21' century. Dont take room no 9 on the top floor.
My room was serviced daily, bed was made and towel changed. The bedding was clean and wholesome, the sheets were cotton, which I like. The bathroom china (toilets and sinks) were always clean, although perhaps a bit shabby/chipped).
Shabby behind the scenes, which let it down a little. Once through the resident's door, the carpeting and generally decor was low quality, and it felt a little grubby and in need of a makeover.
Location is perfect for exploring downtown Amsterdam. Very close to the train that goes to and from the airport. Friendly staff and comfy beds. Great option for a short stay.
Rooms are tiny and for almost $100 a night, the shower should be in the room.
Great location great staff
No room clean up services Really tiny small room as we can't always open our luggage. We lived downstairs as the room is a little bit wet....
Bedbug infestation, over 30 ichy swollen bites, and even found a couple still in the bed the morning after their fest. Avoid this hotel, unless you like bedbugs.
Organised establishment 10/10 for that reason
I could not stay longer lol
Nothing..rooms are dirty, noisy, and housekeeping is the worst in history
Nice location, other than that..nothing..this hotel should not be on booking.com
My room smelled like mold and it was at an angle!! It felt like it was so dirty! im so disapointed!
Unofficial hotel at the back of a pub. Worth 10€ not 100€... Would be nice for a prison! Awfull...
The location is great
The bathroom is disgusting!
The staff were very helpful and always present at the reception. The hotel is great value for money especially for a group of young travellers, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Additionally the location was perfect as the end of the road led on to Dam square, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any body!
Excellent location, very helpful English speaking staff. The building is old but good shape. Has elevator, our room had large doors overlooking the canal. I really liked the hotel.
Everything was good
The hotel room was so small 4 beds barely fit inside. The windows wouldn't pie and there was a roof light which had no cover. They would not give us a fan even tho the room was over 45 degrees. The staff told us a bottle of brandy would be €40 but the next day we had a bill for €80. I told the lady that we couldn't open the windows and had no fan then she looked at me and said "so" The male receptionist said it wasn't his problem. All in all the hotel is such a joke it should be closed down. Location was good
La situation de l'hôtel..
The staff was not smilling, not that nice. and too expensive for this kind of hotel.
