The staff were very friendly and the location conveniently central

Close to central station. Kind and really helpful staff.

Good Location. Amazing Japanese/Asian restaurant downstairs (really worth it). Clean. Very nice breakfast.

Small Rooms, on the booking says they had free toiletries, but it was just "multitask"soap.. They did not had shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer so I had to look for a supermarket to buy it. Also we booked a room with 2 beds, but in when we checked it was a king bed instead...

You can hear who outside your room easily (no isolation) .. For me, should be considered 3 star not 4 ..

A child didn't have a pillow and a blanket in a baby cot. The breakfast could be more varied for a 4 star hotel. There was no view to the street-only walls and pipes of inner yard.

Perfect location - 3 mins walk fm Central station. Clean. Bath facilities in perfect condition.

Very thin walls. I could hear every sigh behind the wall. There was no hot meal on breakfast. This is rather a 3 star hotel.

The location is great. Less than 5 min's walk from the central station, the shopping street and the city hall. Most of the sites are within walking distance.

The lift and the corridor were narrow. Breakfast was just ok.

A friendly staff in a great location for a reasonable price. The breakfast was adequate and room was simple but met met my needs.

Near the city Center

The smell in the hotel and in the room. Smell of old food or a nursing home.

The room was very nice, beds were very comfortable, very warm in the cold winter season. Location is excellent, right next to the Central Station, shopping area, transport.

Breakfast was not particularly great. And half an hour before closing, a lot of things were gone.

Very good location, near central train station, its Chinese neighborhood so there are lots of Chinese restaurants and shops.Room is very big, big and comfortable bed, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast- a wide range of bread, meats, cheese, cereals, fruit juices, etc The staff were very friendly and helpful. A man from China recommended what to see in Rotterdam and how to get there. Very pleasant stay

Breakfast is pretty bad if you're a vegan or you're into non unhealthy food. It feels more like a 3-star hotel, but i'd still reccomend it

Warm and friendly welcome, perfect little room with everything I needed, great breakfast, close to central train station and convenient to everything Rotterdam has to offer. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.

hotel location is quite ok, closed the central station. internet in room very fast. room very clean and bed very comfortable. outside of hotel has supermarket, quite alot of chinese restauarants, very convenience. one of staff in this hotel who come from hong kong was very helpful to me.

no smoking room!

The room was very comfortable, with free WiFi, tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Hotel is close to Central Station.

Despite the notice about towels on the rack not being washed, I got new towels everyday. Not good for the environment. Not really a dislike, but the hotel reception is shared by the neighbouring restaurant... was a bit weird but not inconvenient.
