Hotel One sijaitsee kaupungin keskustassa 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Rotterdamin päärautatieasemalta. Pääset helposti kävellen kuuluisalle Erasmus-sillalle ja ostosalueille. Kaikissa huoneissa on oma kylpyhuone, taulu-tv ja kahvin ja teen valmistusvälineet. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmainen langaton internet. Joka aamu tarjoillaan buffetaamiainen. Myöhemmin voit vierailla alueen teattereissa ja ravintoloissa. Kaikki kongressirakennukset, WTC ja de Doelen Zaal ovat kävelymatkan päässä One-hotellista. Hotellihuoneita: 23

5 minuutin matka rakennustyömaan läpi rautatieasemalle. Kyseessä on 2 tähden, ei 4 tähden hotelli. Paloturvallisuus on kyseenalainen, kapeita käytäviä, useita nimettömiä ovia ja vain yksi pieni hissi. Sijainti kahden vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun kulmassa mahdoton nukkumisen kannalta.Eritys olematon: naapurihuoneesta kuului kuiskauskin. Käytävät vanhat ja likaiset, yleinen taso jotain retkeilymajan ja 2 tähden hotellin väliltä, hintataso taas hyvän keskitason siistin hotellin. En missään nimessä suosittele.

I've found a very kind and helpful hotel staff which can be seen as a comparative advantage and the biggest strenght of Hotel One. A small gift during checking-out was only the icing in the cake.. I would suggest to serve also vegetables for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Really nice touch was the chocolates I received when I checked out. Would definitely stay there again if I need to be in Rotterdam again in the future. The only thing I noticed was that the towels provided were a little bit old. Very clean, but fraying at the edges a bit.

Location 1 block from train station, friendly and responsive staff. Clean bed and large soaking tub. Not a four star hotel. Elevator barely big enough for 2 people, stairs treacherous to use with luggage. Dark brown carpet, looked and felt filthy. Double bed sagged in center, very uncomfortable. Staff warned me of tram noise so expected, but also noise from popular restaurant downstairs, Chinese/Japanese, which contributed to feel of 2/3 star hotel. Breakfast stale, same brown carpet, even walls felt a bit dirty. Staff at reception super, not their fault.

No-nonsense hotel. Ideal for one or two nights close to the center and just near the train station. The fact that there's a very good Japanese restaurant just aside is the reason why I come there frequently. Price/quality is just good. No great luxury, but nothing is really missing either. Too bad there is no way to eat something during the night.

The toilet bowl was not working properly: in a (self claimed) 4 star a working toilet is the minimum you would expect. In the room, there was a strong and constant stink of fried chinese food. When I tried to open the window to change the air I discover that it was coming directly from restaurants behind the hotel and quickly shut the window. To me was not at all a 4 stat but rather an 2 and a half.

The Hotel staff are super cool and cooperatives! Few items should be improved, like a bulb in the toilet room was unfuctioning.

Beds were very comfortable (and new). Overall a good value for the money. Carpeting was not so new. Elevator was slow and run down.

Hotel Manager is very nice guy. We have a wonderful talk sharing his experiences in Holand duing my stay which helped me a lot ynderstanding this city. Staffs are not well educated. So I can not say the services are good.
