The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is situated close to the city centre and uni buildings. Comfortable room, though small beds. The giant maze of staircases to get to all the rooms and the lack of tea making facilities in the room. A bigger duvet would have been nice too. |

Breakfast and the dining area have much improved since my last stay. Cereals and milk are now available at a buffet-style breakfast and make the Hotel that much more appealing to stay at. Well done. For a two star Hotel it continues to be expensive. However, to be fair Utrecht Hotels in general are very expensive to stay in when compared to other locations. |

Nice location. Friendly staff. Rooms are small even triangular shaped. I think it was expensive to pay 95 Euro per night. |

Proximity to the city center, bus station and university. Price/Performance ratio. That there is not a 24 hour reception. |

Clean rooms, friendly staff Too expensive for such a simple hotel. Breakfast very basic: no fruit, no plain yoghurt. |

There was nothing to complain about this wonderfull little gem. I cannot wait to go back again. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel, although close to a major road was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and well furnished, the bedding very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was just lovely and served in a very relaxing environment. |

My room was great - canvas prints of old tram photos on the wall, comfortable bed, eighties style alarm clock radio and a great shower. It was very easily accessible from the centre of town (a pleasant 20 min walk or 5 min on the bus), and in a nice area of the town with restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a good selection and the dining room was great design. And FREE wireless internet! The stairs are very steep so would have been tricky with a big suitcase. |

The breakfast was okay. The pillow in the room was horrible. The mattress on the bed kept falling off, and there was no tea or coffee options (i.e. tea kettle) in the room. Given the fairly high price, one would imagine that they would have provided better quality pillows and had a mattress that actually said on the bed. Also the breakfast was really inadequate. |
