This hotel has a great location. You're literally 0.2 km from the beach. Bike rental close by lets you explore the island, and the restaurant de Herren xvii has amazing (if a bit pricey) food. If you stay here, try the restaurant. Also, although room service closes too early (for everything), with a little coaxing we got someone to come up with some hot water for tea. Even though I booked a suite, there was no mini bar and I had to go into the hallway to buy overpriced items from a vending machine. Hotel computers strictly enforce the check out time. We were having a (delicious) romantic breakfast downstairs and needed to get someone to open the door to our room for us, because it was a little past 11. Also, the fake fireplace on the wall was a little tacky. |

Verbluffend vonden wij dat na het inchecken, wij naar onze kamer werden begeleid door de receptionist. Trouwens alle medewerkers waren aardig en behulpzaam. |

uitgebreid ontbijt,geweldige ligging,vriendelijk personeel. Alle beschikbare informatie over het eiland. Wat echt niet kan zijn al die honden in de hal bij het in- en uitchecken. Mensen konden niet uit de lift,moesten met hun koffers lastige toeren uithalen om erdoor te kunnen.Honden die languit midden in de hal lagen en elkaar woest aanvlogen, tot 3x toe, terwijl mede-eigenaren op afstand stonden toe te kijken.Ik begrijp dat je als management ook hondenbezitters welkom wil heten,maar vraag ze vriendelijk of ze bij het in-en uitchecken ook rekening willen houden met de andere gasten. Ik heb me er zeer aan gestoord en zal dan ook op basis van deze ervaring niet meer voor dit hotel kiezen. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de rust in en om het hotel, de goede ligging en uiteraard ook het eiland op zich. Wij waren voor de eerste keer op Texel en het is ons goed bevallen. Het feit dat we badjassen moesten huren, volgens mij moet dat in de kamerprijs zijn inbegrepen. De eerste avond was de bediening in de bar niet optimaal. |

Uitstekende locatie midden in de duinen op loopafstand van zee en tevens op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van de Koog. Het ontbijt zou inclusief in de prijs van de overnachting moeten zitten! |

Die netten Mitarbeiter haben sehr gut gefallen. Weiterhin ist alles sehr ordentlich. Auch das Angebot an Leihrädern hat gefallen. Die hohen Frühstückspreise. Man kann nicht alles abessen. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum waren teilweise defekt. |
