I like the setting and the decor of the hotel. It seporates itself from the big uncharacteristic hotel chains. |

Friendly staff, clean room. Not too large rooms, but fair. Ventilation of bath room could be improved. Also, 2 separate taps for hot and cold water, can be very inconvenient when there are more guests bathing elsewhere in the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel would be even better when both are improved. |

The room was very nicely furnished, such as all the hotel. The car parking is quite cheap, the breakfast good and plentiful, the position of the hotel is right in the town centre. The rooms are very very noisy during the night if you decide to sleep with wondows open. We took a special offer for the room, to find out that when the guest of the upper floor room took a shower a lot of water dropped in our room just beside the bed. Unfortunately for us that guest was an early bird and took shower at 7.00 am. Of course the direction knew about this problem even though they didn't admit that (I am engineer and I am sure that wasn't an accident...). |

The staff was really kind and helpful. The locaiton is excellent. The antique decoration and layout of the rooms. It doesn't have airco and this is a desaster when it is hot (in summer time). |

My mother and I stayed for 1 night at Hotel d'Orangerie only, but we particularly liked the way the old building has been refurbished, - high glossy paints and old fashioned tiling etc -, and since my mum's a smoker, we liked the little terrace outside at the back of the hotel very much. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. |

We stayed in a junior suite. It was clean and comfortable and in a very good location. It was warm outside and we would have been hot in the room but we brought an electric fan with us which made it reasonable. |

Nice bathroom, comfortable bed linens, very clean, great breakfast, staff helpful. When we arrived, we learned they had lost our reservation, but had a room available for us. Streetside rooms are noisy. Not in the best part of town. |

Great central location close to Market Square, historical buildings and shops. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Easy to reach from Train Station via bus to Market Square. Nice touches around hotel eg, fruit and candy. Continental breakfast range, perfect. We requested to move from 2nd floor front overlooking the river (great view) to another room as it was very noisy until very late in the morning (3-4am). We had the windows open to keep cool due to the very hot weather. If you can close the windows it is a fantastic room. |
