gorgeous location(but biased-I grew up there!), quiet, friendly, nice rooms, good breakfast would like teamaking equipment in rooms and hair dryer

sehr schönes haus, liegt sehr ruhig, gut angebunden das management ist vom ein- bis zum auschecken unglaublich nachlässig. wir fühlten uns mitunter regelrecht schlecht behandelt. die ruhige lage des hauses wird unterlaufen von ungehindert lärmenden seminargruppen, auf die das haus offensichtlich ausgelegt ist. das personal ist in jedem bereich vollkommen überfordert.

Klantvriendelijkheid, de rustige omgeving. Wc was versleten; de kamer werd niet verschoond na de 1ste nacht. Veel nachthinder gehad van een party beneden. Bij het 2de ontbijt waren de omeletten en het spek koud.

Het eten was verrukkelijk. De kamer en het sanitair was ruim en schoon. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Op de site van jullie stond dat er een sauna was. Deze was met de renovatie verdwenen. Het is belangrijk dit op jullie site aan te passen!!!!

Het ontbijt Mooie locatie in de natuur. De reservering via jullie is niet doorgekomen. Toch nog een kamer vrij. De kamer is schoon maar wel steen koud. We kregen een electrische verwarming om het op temperatuur te krijgen. Bij de receptie tot 2x toe vijf minuten staan wachten tot er iemand is. In de bar is het personeel druk bezig met vaste gasten en moet je lang wachten op een drankje.

Men had een super onbijt "Tas"voor ons klaar staan omdat wij al voor het ontbijt erop uit gingen. Super gastvrij hotel komen zeker terug.

Kwaliteit ontbijt en diner Klantvriendelojkheid Ligging hotel Ik had verwacht dat na de lekkage op mijn kamer en het verhuizen vd "spullen" wij bijv. Een kop koffie oid aangeboden zouden hebben gekregen!! De afrekening klopte opnieuw niet...we zijn al eerder bij U geweest...dat is slordig!

Vriendelijke bediening. Op oudejaarsavond van uitstekend speciaal buffet gegeten. Goed en rijkelijk ontbijtbuffet! Karakteristiek hotel midden in de bossen en slechts 10 min. van centrum Apeldoon. Grootte van de kamer die wij kregen. Hadden liever een wat ruimere kamer gehad.

Service was heel goed, ontbijt was super. Onze badkamer was nieuw en zag er super uit. In de hal naar onze kamer rook het heel sterk naar vis, beeje vieze geur. Onze kamer was primitief ingericht, er was geen kapstop voor jas, muren waren wit maar zaten vlekken op. Met een paar simpele dingen kan je de kamer opleuken. Verder ok kamer, bed was prima.

Wij vonden het een verademing dat er totaal niet moeilijk werd gedaan over het meenemen van onze hond. Hij mocht gewoon mee op onze kamer en zelfs bij het ontbijt mocht hij onder onze tafel liggen! Verder kwamen wij er voor de rust en de bosrijke omgeving en die waren er ook. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en ook dat vinden wij erg belangrijk. Er is niets wat ons tegengevallen is.
