Utmerket at frokosten var inkludert i prisen. God beliggenhet - sentralt i forhold til park, konserthus og de viktigste museene. Kort vei til ute- og spisesteder. Hyggelig personale (unntak: se under)

Ungdommen som satt i resepsjonen da vi kom, virket sløv og uøvd og gjorde oss betenkte med hensyn til om vi hadde valgt rett hotell. Ham så vi heldigvis ikke mer til.

I do really give a tumbs up to staff, I got really good support and indications, on things to do, restaurants, and everything nothing poor there. Room are a bit small but for most europenne hotel they are in the std.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the location, price, comfort, and outstandingly helpful and friendly reception by Peiter, the clerk on duty. I wish we had known about the Owl the week before when we stayed at an expensive, well known hotel, just two blocks away. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adeqequate, the garden area was quiet, and decor of the sitting room was "homey". Plus the location was close to beautiful Vondel Park, and the the major museums. Next time in Amsterdam we will stay here, and recommended it to our friends without hesitation.

quality/price for a good and very quiet location

Hotel staff were welcoming even though I arrived very late at night. The 24 hour reception was a good thing for small hotel. The presence of a lift was great as my luggage was heavy. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and good-sized en-suite facilities of a small single room. The breakfast choice was varied and delicious and the breakfast room had large picture windows overlooking a garden of mature trees and well-stocked flower beds. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The location is superb with easy walking access to major attractions.
