Deluxe superior rooms are like a suite with bedroom (no door) and living/desk area. Carpets needed to be clean. I had trouble with the business internet service in the room. Too slow. Called twice. Improved a little bit, but substandard. Last time I stayed there I had no problem. |

It has very comfortable and very clean rooms, with good facilities. Basic rooms (they call them "deluxe"...) are provided with high quality shower (aerosol, massage, steam). It is a very good base to visit North/West Holland, Amsterdam, Den Hag. Booking.com price was fair with the real accommodation. The category of this beautiful hotel is somewhere declared as 5 star (but at the main entrance, there is a plate, by some Netherlands hotel categorization official authority, reporting this is a 4 star hotel). The basic rooms are called "deluxe" but, despite they are comfortable, they are not deluxe at all (quite small, at least). Breakfast and car parking in the hotel are very expensive, in particular with respect to the other solutions in Noordwijk. |

The location , the decor and a very good though expensive breakfast. The fact that they tried to make me pay a parking for a car I didn't have (I travel by bus). The unexpected fee for a bathrobe (10 euros/each) which was not specified at the time of request and that you don't expect for a 4-5 star hotel. Alkl hotels of the same chain (leading hotels in the world) that I visited offer that as complimentary. |

The friendly staff and the location. There was a problem with our shower/bath which but this was fixed very quickly so did not cause any inconvience to us. Some of the sockets in the room did not work but I informed the staff when I was checking out. |

the internet was problematic, unusual to stay at a 4 star hotel and have to pay for internet connection, the connection was very slow as well. And 2 single beds pushed together is again unusual for a 4 star hotel |

I liked the proximity of excellent restaurants, the beach, convenience of public transport and bathrobes. There wasn't much I didn't like about this hotel but would have liked tea making facilities in my room. |
