the hotel was better than my expectations, as I was in Holland for a seminar, I could not enjoy the facilites as you could on a holiday break Breakfast while excellent was a little expensive |

Breakfast, Fitness Room, Size of Room, comfort of Bed, Bathroom, Friendly staff No sink in the toilet. Pool area is not 5 star quality. Staff could be more sufficient in German, there could be two chairs on the balcony. Back entrance to the city would be nice. |

The room was truly great. Also the breakfast buffet was spectacularly good (and included in the price of the room). Even though we reserved for an extra bed, it did not materialise without prompting. Same for the number of towels etc. But the extra charge for the extra person was deducted from the bill without discussion, so the service was excellent. Another,smallish issue: No cocktails were available the 5 p.m.: "The bar is closed because the terrace is open". |

location of the hotel, nice big room, parking facilities underground Very poor cleaning service, poor service in the breakfast room, lack of choice of food, after all a nice 4star hotel, but not at all up to the standard of a 5star hotel. |

The gym. The matress was too soft. The bar open at 18.00 u. not sooner and closed for one evening without making that known. The wellness closed on the exact day we liked to use it. The lounge is not cosy and there was no one available to help with the luggage. Further complaints have been passed to the manager. |

Comfort and equipment in rooms. Upgraded room because of a noisy party. Staff very efficient. Very good breakfast. No tea and coffee in standard room. |
