la situación del hotel para lo que nosotros queriamos Engaña un poco el tema de las habitaciones , hay que explicar más que hay habitaciones en hotel de 3 estrellas y habitaciones en hotel de 4 estrellas , no se explica bien en la reserva que se hace ya que sale como hotel de 4 estrellas , por otro lado muy corta la carta del Restaurante con pocas posibilidades de comida , mejorable el buffet de desayuno. |

Habitación muy mnoderna y limpia.El entorno natural es muy bueno.El parking es gratuito y la atención personal fue muy buena.Recuerdo especial para Sarita Iñiguez , española y trabajadora del hotel que especialmente se preocupo por nosotros. Todo correcto. |

Very nice hotel, recently renovated. Our room was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Nice and good breakfast Very poor staff and service at the reception. We asked them to order a taxi for us, which has never arrived. There was couple more groups who has ordered taxi which did not arrive. Person I asked to book a taxi before was so rude that when I was coming to speak to him he kept turning other way and walking away from me. he only spoke to me after I raised my voice on him. We were late 2 hours because of him, and when next day we asked to stay in the room for half an hour longer than check-out time he declined to do this for us. Apart from that our stay was great! |

Staff were excellent, very friendly! Beds were amazing! Only thing I would say is annoying is the taxi journey into town, would have been perfect if it was a little closer to town. |

This hotel was unfortunately nothing like the website suggested and therefore I would have to say that the only thing I liked was the breakfast. The hotel is very far away from the busstop, approximately 15 minutes away. They do not offer a shuttle service to pick you up, so this means you have to walk about 15 min with your luggage, to reach the hotel. Awful location! |

Free internet terminals, good buffet breakfast, attractive surroundings. It was isolated for public transport users. The nearest bus stop was 10 minute walk away & the nearest train station was half an hours walk away. The walk to the train station would have been shorter if the hotel had kept open all the exits from the hotel grounds. |

Wooded location near the Hoege Veluwe National Park, good value for money with breakfast included. Could have a later check out time, as it is currently 10 am and we weren't quite ready...housekeeping came knocking just after 10. The hotel was a little characterless, designed with athletres in mind...I think for the Dutch Olympic Association.... |

The price was extremely low 214 euros for 2 persons for 4 nights in a very luxury room. The facilities, staff, breakfast, surrounds and comfort were superb. The Hoge Veluwe, Burgers Zoo and Arnhem are all just a short distance away. There was a good quality pool table free to use. Renting bikes is expensive at the hotel and if you are planning on using public transport come with several strippenkaarten. |

The evening meal was superb and the views from the dining room aptly complemented that meal. This was not the hotel's fault - but it was a little further out from Arnhem than we thought! |

Excellent breakfast. Modern decor but no atmosphere. Double room has 2 single beds. The restaurant only offers a fixed price menu, no options for a snack or light meal. No tea or coffee making facilities. |

Design, free internet, high-tech, innovation, free movies on demand. Air conditioning system didn't work well, it was too cold in the room and you couldn't turn it off. The domotic system tilt once and someone had to came to our room at 11 pm to reset the thing (even lights didn't work). The room wasn't so clean as we aspected. An on-demand movie wasn't available in italian as promised on tv interactive menu. The windows cannot be opened, and considering that the toilet is in the main room, that can be a problem. |
