petit déjeuner parfait c'est un hôtel très impersonnel. Par ailleurs on aurait aimé un peu plus de confort (par ex, un frigo bar dans la chambre) ou alors un room service |

libérer les chambre à 10h - réveillé par les femmes de ménage dès 9h (alors si vous avez besoin de récupérer, ce n'est pas le bon endroit!) - réservation de taxi : 1 heure et 1/2 d'attente !!! - Eloigné de 7 km du centre de Arnhem ... |

The modern ambience was excellent it would have been nice to have a/c in the bedroom! or at least a fan. We were there in very hot weather |

Staff was very helpful answering traveling questions. The room was large and comfortable with a large shower. Breakfast buffet was very good with a large variety of food to choose from. Free internet access in the lobby was very useful. There were only 2 eating choices - a prix fixe menu and a bar menu. An ala carte menu between these two would be nice. |

location in quiet countryside ideal for relaxing break, although the hotel itself was quite busy it was not noisy. my wife would have liked a bath to relax in rather than just the (large) shower. I would have liked coffe/tea making facilities in the room. |

The bed is the best! It was so comfortable. Although being a couple a king bed with one king duvae would suit us better. We also loved the dinner and it was well done and liked having a suprise entree and desert while choosing between 4 options for your main. Good value for a 3 course meal. The wine selected for me by the waitress was an excellent choice too. Although the room looked clean and tidy, it was a shame to see quite a few small insects and bugs in the room. This was a concern for me being an international traveller. We are from nz and there a strict controls for entry. It was alot futher than town than I thought and cost alot for a taxi if there was no bus. A shuttle service would be handy. |

Car park is close, very clean, quiet location, good choice for breakfast and helpful, pleasent staff. Not a very big choice of wine in the bar. |

friendly, helpful staff; very nice breakfast buffet; beautifull , restfull surroundings There is only 1 entrance and exit way, leading to a traffic jam at the beginning or ending of a conference |

The room I had was very modern and exceptionally clean. I was impressed with the design of the room. The bed was too narrow for my liking, but this seems to be a standard with Dutch hotels. |

being able to use the facilities such as the athletics track and olympic weight training faciltiy although i'm not sure if that's open to normal customers as opposed to the conference delegates. i thought the wellness centre should have a jacuzzi and or swimming pool. |

First time there the room was ok but the restaurant was awful took too long plus the food not good enough for the price they charged , overrated overall not good enough !! |

Nothing. We booked for two nights and left after one night. The atmosfhere and location. The bar was likle a kantine for football players |

The food, surroundings and all the sporting facilities. Sorry it was just an overnight stop and no time to take advantage of anything other than the restaurant. We felt the rooms were geared to rather younger people than ourselves. |

Quiet location; clean air. No smoking hotel. Friendly staff. No useless frills; sportive atmosphere. Absolutely basic: there was no hot water due to a technical problem, but they were working at it. Guest should have been warned and given the option to cancel the reservation. |
