Location of the hotel is great. It is easily accessible from the Hague centre. Room was newly furnitered and clean. There is renovation works on-going in the hotel |

Very nice hotel in attractive building, near main shopping streets in The Hague. Many small restaurants nearby, as well as the main attractions of the town. Small details : they don't serve coffee consistenlty during breakfast. |

very good hotel, well situated. Good breakfast in very pleasant surroundings. pleasant lobby. Slippery bathtub, no handles and shower too rudimentary. |

The location and the breacfast were quite good Had reserved the "romantic-executive room". In the brochure it talked about a wine and a chocolate souflee. We never got either. When I asked the next day, they told me that the consierge should have asked me about the time of delivery. He never did. Also, our room was not one of the renovated ones and although big, its quality and cleanness was rather poor...Definetly not what we payed for! |

The localization is really great, if one wants to visit the city: 5 minutes walk to be in the centre. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby (not cheap, one must say, but then again, den Haag is not a cheap city) and a very nice park too. The hotel's restaurant was not opened, there was only room service available. |

Breakfast area was nice Staff (especially at breakfast) was very unfriendly. Room was dirty and there were stains on both the bed-cover and sheets. We had to remind them 2 times to clean up and change the sheets. |

Could not get a message tio dissapear off my TV screen - general manager stated 1) no one was available to do it, 2) it was the cable companies problem and it took 3 days to sort it. Wrong attitude for a 4star hotel! |

Loved the hotel. Bit of luxury in perfect location. Great room and no noise, probably a bit of luck there. Good breakfast. They're refurbishing all the rooms (50 to go). Best of all, room had a kettle! Nothing worth mentioning. |

excellent position in the centre of The Hague, in walking distance of attractions, shops. Refurbished room v comfortable with great bathroom, although floor in wet room did not drain properly but not a major problem. lack of bar/room service in the afternoon |

Great central location, friendly staff, bike rental available, clean comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast. Complimentary granny smith apples on reception. Bit of noise from time to time from nearby rooms but this has probably as much to do with the guests as it does any lack of soundproofing between the rooms. |

The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable. The room was small and a little shabby for a four-star hotel. All the tables wobbled, and the closet didn't completely shut. The shower was either really hot or really cold, and the faucet in the sink had basically no water pressure. All the hotel literature - information, guide to the neighborhood/city, etc. - was provided only in Dutch, which wasn't terribly helpful. |
