Es un hotel confortable i calid, encara que exteriorment no ho aparenti. L'habitació estaba molt ben disenyada i era força amplia(junior suite). L'esmorçar es car, pero molt complert. L'hotel es força centric, es pot anar a peu a tot arreu. Quant tornem a Amsterdam tornarem a aquest hotel. L'aillament de les finestres es una mica pobre(soroll del transit). |

excellent location, excellent service and very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone which would like a break to remember. |

The rooms were nicely designed When we tried to check in a 2 o'clock our roooms were not ready and we received a frosty response from the staff when we checked again 15 mins later |

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice design in the hotel. The smell from the canalization in our room the 2nd night was very bad! We had to open the window couple of hours to get some fresh air! Very Expensive Parking 45€/night |

Modern, clean, friendly helpful staff. The shower looked nice but was totally impractical. 1 - I couldn't get the water to come out of the large shower head, only the hand shower 2 - Water completely covered the floor at that end of the bedroom and even went out under the bedroom door! |

The location was good for sightseeing, easy going atmosphere and helpful staff The room was small for two people and lack of storage space and another chair |

It was a nice hotel close to the heart of Amsterdam. Parking charge was steep at 45 euros a night and all the prices were high, but so was the standard. |

My Room!! wonderful!! lover the view and the room itself! The Operators, i ask something ( about train times ), she said she would get back to me,, called a second time after 1 hour, she again said she would get back to me, and then she never called back!! |

A very nice up to date hotel with a good ambience and friendly staff who were most helpful. In a prime location with good transport facilities and close to museums and the buzz in thje Leidseplein area. Very comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was too expensive but there are local cafes which provide a cheaper alternative. |

great location. nice and modern. my room smelled badly - like sewage. was on the first floor so not sure if it was actually sewage problem or if room just smelled. rooms are a bit too small. great bar downstairs - momo |

Nothing in particular The carpet around the bed was wet because of the shower. Only a single pane window, a noisy street with trams beneath the window. Too much noise. Staff was not helpful or friendly. |

location very good and good food and bar and nice atmosphere, cool hotel! Poor on replenishing items in the room such as bottled water and tea. Also no trash basket except a very small one in the bathroom. |

Central location and excellent breakfast and evening bar area In my room (222) everytime you used the shower it leaked into the rest of the room and the toilet area and because it was open plan you dealt with a flood, not the best design feature. |

The staff in the hotel were excelent and I couldnt fault them, the room we stayed in was very modern, I didnt want to get out of the bed, it was so nice, there was a strange smell in reception, the toilets downstairs were very clean but smelt very bad of drains |
