Staff were excellent. Very friendly & helpful. Location was perfect for weekend visit to the city. Never too far from anywhere. Having to leave!

The breakfast is delicious and brought with roomservice until 10.30. The beds feel fantastic. We stayed three times; our choice depends sometimes of the prices that vary. Very nice lobby.

Great shower. Close to town centre. Room was very clean. Bed was uncomfortable at times. Reception staff were slow and quite unprofessional for a 4 star hotel.

The location was excellent for trams and bus connections. Very close to the museum district. You had to pay for wifi. The cost of breakfast at €25.50 per person was ridiculous and when added to the room rate made this a very expensive Hotel. They should install double glazing as very noisy being on a busy road.

Beds very comfortable and staff rectified a problem very fast. Noise at front/road side of hotel woke my husband a lot. Ask for room at back of hotel.Toilet facilties in front bedroom were a cubicle in the bedroom but normal toilet facilities in back bedroom.

Free WiFi in the lounge but very slow. The room was very tidy and modern. There was also a small balcony. Had to pay 10 Euros a day for WiFi in to my room.

Excellent location and staff. Very easy to catch the Tram or walk to the Amsterdam tourist sites. Good restaurants very close. Park is next door. room was a little cramped from an American point of view

Nice staff, clean. Way way over priced for such tiny cramped rooms. Didn't like wifi in library only! Worth half the price charged at most. Would never recommend this to anyone - pretends to be luxurious but in reality the rooms are smaller then a budget motel.
