Area information

Staff in Reception area were excellent and very helpful.

Bar service was slow and staff service not up to generally excellent service throughout the rest of the hotel.

Very comfortable bed and good facilites.

There was a sewerage smell wafting from somewhere which was very unpleasant especially at night time. The room was quite small but adequate and was quite noisy due to the close proximity of the street below our room. Also we had to take several confusing lifts to get to our room as part of the hotel is still not finished. However it did say on the website that the hotel work would be complete by J

Staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely room and facilities. beautiful reception area. perfect location, not in the middle but in a quieter area and in walking distance of center.

Unable to open windows which made the room feel a bit claustrophobic. Good air conditioning though in room

Nice room, nice view

I was handed a key for room 509 and so I wandered off to try and find it but that proved to be completely impossible because it was up a different lift so the receptionist should have told me that

The building work was a nightmare, starting at 7:15 each morning with no
consideration to quests. I was woken every morning and had to be moved
to the 5th floor. Not good

Because I was traveling alone, staff is Park Hotel were wonderful and
very helpfull:) Absolutely amazed by comfort what Park Hotel offers and
it is for sure beautiful place and very modern.

Room was very comfortable especially the beautiful bed. Staff also
accomodated our request for a late checkout free of charge.

The hotel is still undergoing renovation which disturbed us early the
next morning but the staff were very efficient in dealing with this and
opened a second room for us so we could sleep late.

Modern and thought out and in a great location. Quiet.

undergoing a renovation therefore a lot of things were limited. But I quess you have to do it sometime as they are improvements after all. Restaurant is a bit tooo special.

Room recently refurbished, modern bathroom unlike many of the other Amsterdam hotels.

Whilst hotel has excellent location it is at the junction of 2 major roads and has tram lines running past so depending on room location, it is noisy.

The location was very good for all venues

The only bar was in the middle of the restaurant, very impersonal

The jensen beds are worth the money alone. bathroom took awhile to get use too. Location is perfect! The vondelpark is 20ft from the front door.
