インターネットコネクションは約20ユーロと高め。ケーブル接続とWiFi接続があったので、ケーブル接続- を試したが結局繋がらず。フロントと交渉してキャンセルしてWiFiに変更して問題なく繋がった。設計のせ- いなのか、使い方が悪いのかわかりませんが、シャワーの水が洗面所・トイレにあふれてバスタオルで拭き取り- ました。要注意。 |

以前よりフロント対応が良くなっている。又MOMOレストランとも従来の暗さと違い若い女性を配置してるの- は交換が持てた！ 折角良いロケーションなるのにオランダ国内のぶらり旅及び隣国のドイツ、ベルギー等の観光案内のパンフレッ- ト等をコンサージを等差なくても置いては如何？ |

エレベータを乗り換えて行く部屋は危険極まりないエレベータに乗り換え、さらに階段で部屋に行かなければな- らない部屋があり、荷物が大きい場合、移動に必要以上のパワーを取られる場合がある。 水場(シャワーブース、トイレ、洗面所)との仕切りがないため、湿気が残り、饐えたにおいがする部屋がある- 。 |

the hotel is very modern and stylish and it had an aura of quality. wasnt keen on the fact that the restaraunt was expensive even for a breakfast. |

The rooms were nicely designed When we tried to check in a 2 o'clock our roooms were not ready and we received a frosty response from the staff when we checked again 15 mins later |

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice design in the hotel. The smell from the canalization in our room the 2nd night was very bad! We had to open the window couple of hours to get some fresh air! Very Expensive Parking 45€/night |

Modern, clean, friendly helpful staff. The shower looked nice but was totally impractical. 1 - I couldn't get the water to come out of the large shower head, only the hand shower 2 - Water completely covered the floor at that end of the bedroom and even went out under the bedroom door! |

It was a nice hotel close to the heart of Amsterdam. Parking charge was steep at 45 euros a night and all the prices were high, but so was the standard. |

My Room!! wonderful!! lover the view and the room itself! The Operators, i ask something ( about train times ), she said she would get back to me,, called a second time after 1 hour, she again said she would get back to me, and then she never called back!! |

A very nice up to date hotel with a good ambience and friendly staff who were most helpful. In a prime location with good transport facilities and close to museums and the buzz in thje Leidseplein area. Very comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was too expensive but there are local cafes which provide a cheaper alternative. |

Nothing in particular The carpet around the bed was wet because of the shower. Only a single pane window, a noisy street with trams beneath the window. Too much noise. Staff was not helpful or friendly. |
