Good room service and restaurant in the hotel

The staff was very impolite and unhelpful. They were extremely rude to us when we had inquiries.

Found the bed a bit too soft despite being advertised as a luxurious matress.

Location was great. Opposite Vondelpark and Casino, so we walked everywhere. Room was nice, not very big but spacious enough for 2 people. Staff are nice. Loved the soft bed, some people in previous reviews stated they didnt like it, but we loved it. Had good sleep on it.

No breakfast included, so room is quite pricey for what you get, but you pay for the location I guess. Open-plan bathroom, which is not to everyone's taste. Toilet and shower just divided by glass door. Towel had a stain, but it was sorted straight away. Beware that it is quite noisy outside, but that's because of the location (very central, close to Leidseplein, Casino, Vondelpark, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum).

Staff was courteous. Rooms looked good. Good location.

In the economy room the shower and the bathroom were in the room, separated by a glass door. The room was flooded when we took showers. They had no problem moving us to another room when we complained.

Hotel brakfast too expensive (but it's a standard for Amsterdam) - you'd better look for somewhere else around to have you're breakfast significantly cheaper. It's plain sailing

Kind staff, modern design of entire hotel including rooms. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, this is by far the nicest area of Amsterdam (at least in my opinion).

There were some imperfections in the room, but nothing major. Since I only noticed these imperfections late at night and the next morning, I reported these things to the receptionist upon checkout. My complaints were handled well and apologies were made.

Details are important, there were no paintings in our room but you could see there was supposed to be.

One of the better hotels in Europe, absolute value for money, nice bar and lounge, whenever I am in Amsterdam, I am going to stay at park. !!!!!

The proximity to the Park, the museums, shopping and dining. The view from our room, overlooking the canal was lovely.

The TV blaring from the room adjacent to mine kept me awake until I finally phoned the front desk to take care of the situation

It combined the feeling of a samm hotel with large hotel facilities
