Lovely area in Museum Quarter, ten or fifteen minutes walk to center / Dam Square. Good bar and restuarant. Amazing Rain Shower in the room, and matress was brilliant still a bit of building work going on during the day |

Everything was fabulous. Good value. . .more like a five-star. Contemporary, beautiful, great staff, location can't be beat, most comfortable beds your body can handle, what else do you want from a hotel? Hotel restaurant was a bit too trendy, we couldn't even get a table there. But so what? Ordered room service and got better food, in bed, for the same price. |

The laid back a environment of when you entered and left the building. We were left to go as we pleased. I read on your website that the hotel booking money would not be taken from the card until arrival and the fee could alternatively could be paid on a separate card, however this was not the case and it was automatically taken. |

The most freindly staff in a hotel we have ever meet and we have stayed in hotels all over the world , we were given a free upgrade , and the staff went out of there way for us, we will have no hasitaing when we visit Amsterdam again which we will will and we will use the Park Hotel. Nothing bad at all 100% perfect, food was first calss and the room service as well. |

The situation is idea being close to all amenities, a Park, Museum, Canal and boat stop and the Leiseplein Square. The hotel was immaculately clean, and recently refurbished with very modern bathroom and flat screen tv, and good quality bed and linen. |

Central location It was a 3 star hotel mascarading as a 4 star. Given a really poor dirty room at the start. Changed it to a slightly better one. Others in our group had lovely rooms so I dont understand why we kept getting such poor rooms. We paid the same price! No ironing board or hairdryer in the room. Asked for one and was told that they keep being stolen. Very poor customer service. |
