I visited our subsidiary company and enjoyed sightseeing tour at Den Harg/Amsterdam. They did not provide Japanese TV. |

Staff was very friendly and service minded, almost got the feeling being the one and only guest. Two choices of internet access, a 1 hr.access that times out fast (w. repeated access), & 24 hrs. that times out 24 hrs. after being accessed, would have liked some choice in between f. inst. a 4 hrs. pass w. repeated access oportunities for guests staying + 3 nights f. inst. |

Comfortable rooms, nice furniture, location, excellent staff willing and ready to assist you in anything. In overall a very good hotel. Given the overall quality of the Hotel, towel condition could be better (but still they are Ok - not a real problem). It seems that not all rooms are equally large and comfotable and this might be an issue in some cases. Parking area is limited and this might also be a problem for some people. |

Professional and friendly service at the reception. Nice, spacious rooms, The barman was very accommodating and fun to be with. He made our stay so much more pleasant! I didn't like the additional parking fee of approx EUR 18.- However to be fair this seems to be "normal" in more and more hotels.... |

Nice staff, good view (I advise to ask by phone for a room with good view on the city) A bit formal, breakfast (13,50e/pp) and internet (22€/24h) too expensive. |

The staff was very nice, the room was big and clean: Excellent hotel when you wanna check out Rotterdam The tv was ridiculously small, but that's a minor detail.. |

Lack of airconditiong in the room. There have been 2 parts of the hotel and one of them is much more modern and renovated, as far as I know in this better part the rooms has been equipped in the aircondotioning but in the second part not at all. |

Nice weekend rates, central location, convenient on premises parking, excellent breakfast; Avoid noisy streetside rooms, horribly expensive internet access, was charged extra for "garden view" room which I did not get. |

On my return home I found the cc transaction had been charged in GBP.At no time was this stated,the invoice was in Euro,so was one side of the cc recipit, this was stapled to the invoice so I could`nt see this untill I removed it.SNEAKY! |

First and foremost - the staff were certainly the best asset to the hotel. They were extremely helpful and friendly - especially Ewaod in the Bar - an absolute gent. Their english is perfect. The bedroom was a decent size. Location of hotel also ideal for a city break - close to all the main attractions. |

The comfort ,view and breakfast was wonderful and if you reserve this hotel for weekend it's price is excellent with goog transport to city center and the location was wonderful because the most important museums was very near to this hotel |
